Its a great way to see... - Its a great way to see the sights! We esp enjoyed stop #2 and walking to the mini Eiffel Tower ( the Petrin Tower) Stunning views from the top, only 300 steps to the top … well worth the climb! Nice cafes in the area of stop 2 as well

Fun, bumpy, excellent value - We love trams so it was fun. We also found it the absolutely best value to have an introductory tour of Prague. We have never been to Prague and wanted to get to see the important sights. The information maps really helped. We were happy to go round town without a guided tour or audio. Trams are fun but no Aircon and a bumpy ride. Expect fun, not luxury.

We enjoyed the novelty and the experience - Like any of these 24 hour passes, the value “depends". If you under utilise it, it’s not good value. But if you make the most of it the convenience can outweigh the cost. Being over 65 we could have travelled for free on the normal trams but bought these passes for the novelty and to save having to spend precious time studying the tram routes to try to replicate the journey. The young guides on board were excellent and the trams themselves great fun (although the ones with wooden seats were a bit hard on the backside). Was it worth it? On balance, yes, for us. For someone else? It depends…

Nice ride :) - Very friendly staff onboard the tram and they explain everything very well. As the hop on hop off bus is terrible this is a nice alternative. However there is no verbal guide on what you see. Would be nice if they can add that. But you can also get a 24 hour ticket on the normal tram 22 that will take you to the castle and past most of the sites for a third of the price.

Not worth the money - There was nothing wrong with the tram itself. Staff nice and helpful and easy to understand. But I had surprised myself a good tour through the city. You should download to your phone. Then you have to sit and click for each monument. You miss relaxing and watching. Wifi also did not work so not everyone in the family could listen. I do not recommend this. If you just want to get around take the regular tram and save money. This adds nothing to the trip.

Disappointing - We like open top bus tours and thought this might be fun. It rattled round the town very fast. Most of the stops were announced by a number, not the sites that were near them. Had to do a 10 minute wait at the end of the line, weren’t allowed to sit on the tram. They gave us a qr code to download an app for commentary when we got on. If you haven’t got free data roaming on your phone you aren’t going to bother. When we did download it (took three stops) it was an app where you got a 7 day free trial which you had to sign up for, and then you would be charged. At this point we gave up. Could be so much better.

Disappointed - Too packed. I had to stand up for most of the ride. Couldn't see much as had to hang on tight. When I finally got a seat not a lot of information was given at each stop. I downloaded the guide beforehand but it didn't seem to sync to the scenery or buildings I was looking at. Overall quite disappointing and expensive for what it was.

Recommended app was really not good. - We were looking forward to ride this tour, using the recommended app as guide. It was really bad, very difficult to synch with the ride. And when we managed, the guide text was way to long so we got out of synch vs ride again

Terrible - This was terrible. Waited 1hr40min for arrival of tram a and there were no seats Got off at 1st stop to transfer to 42B-agsin no seats. Got off after 1 stop and did not get back on. A huge disappointment. We have done hop-on-off in many cities that were fantastic-not this one!!!
