Throughout the years, it has served as the residence for Kings of Bohemia, Holy Roman Emperors, and presidents of Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic.
Begin your visit by meeting a representative in front of St. Vitus Cathedral. They will provide a brief introduction (in English) and share essential information about your ticket and navigating the Castle complex. You will also receive a map of the entire complex.

Good one , finding blue umbrellas was a bit hard 😂🤣 - Over rall good experience .
The blue umbrellas was with tour guides not in a center . They were carrying blue umbrellas . We were told to search an office space with blue umbrellas lmao ..lol ROFL .

Good ticket/purchase experience - Great purchase experience. Just wish the instructions to meeting area need to be clearer. It was a great bonus to have the introduction overview prior to the visit inside the attraction.

A good experience, worth doing - We struggled to find the representative when we got to the castle as none of the signs are in English. We were very grateful for a phone call from the tour company to find out where we were and give us directions. We arrived 10 mins late but the representative made sure we got the rest of the introduction that we had missed which was nice of him. When we booked we didn't realise that the ticket only entitled us to go into 4 building and to access the others we had to pay and buy extra tickets but all in all we enjoyed our visit

The short introduction... - The short introduction provides enough information about what the most important places to visit are. A little more historical background would have been welcome, but we were glad we didn't have to join the long queue for the tickets!

False expectations - The Prague Castle is beautiful, but the visit was hampered by the huge amount of tourists. Long queues, a lot of crowding and difficult to calmly appreciate the historic spaces. Disappointment

No meeting place at huge sight - It was easy to purchase tickets on trip advisor however NO Instructions were included on where or how to meet guide to begin tour. ( this is at the largest castle in the world). We wasted 20 minutes waiting in line at information desks for a " skip the line" ticket. Our tickets said "entrance ticket circuit b". There is no place marked "entrance ticket circuit b" at the castle. This is poorly handed by Get Prague Guide.

THIS IS A SCAM. Buy your ticket direct from the official ticket office. - THIS IS A SCAM. PLEASE Buy your ticket direct from the official ticket office.
Our family of 4 cost 110 Euros booked using Headout. (their website implies that this is a discounted price, which is a lie)
The actual price in the official ticket office on site was 53 Euros - LESS THAN HALF WHAT HEADOUT CHARGED
There was absolutely NO VALUE in the so-called "extras" they provided
- "Skip line admission to Prague Castle complex" - TOTAL LIE. We had to queue up like everybody else
- "Ticket & orientation introduction in English" - this so-called inroduction was a guy taking ironically and inaudibly for 20 minutes about his dad. We only waited because we mistakenly thought he must be giving a tour. WASTE OF TIME
- "Audio guide" - was an audio .pdf document - just for the Basilica. We found it UNUSABLE
