Highly recommended, friendly service would use them again! - Highly recommended company,my plane Landed on time on the Monday I flew out but I got a message not long after I landed that the Driver was going to be about 10 mins late(which was absolutely fine)and he apologised for and was because of heavy traffic!…he was friendly and welcoming and held out an orange sign with my name on it,and another lad had booked the same transfer too so his stop was first,and my hotel was a bit further out so mine was last,was very Happy With the company and the service and would definitely use them again!…I booked a round trip so I had a different driver going from my hotel back to the airport leaving Prague (it was Friday so again there was heavy traffic)and got a message to say the driver would be about 10 mins late(which is Great because at least they give you a warning so that you know and aren’t panicking)!…the Driver taking me to the airport was an older guy but he was equally as friendly and polite and great to chat to and I’m glad I chose them!:-(

Convenient way to get to your hotel - Prague shared airport transport arrived on time, with a confirmation text. The driver was courteous would definitely use them again.

Reliable service - Driver was on time and efficient. The car was clean and there was even water bottles for us. This transfer took all the worry out getting to the airport on time.

I haven’t used share ride and i won’t in the future due to possible shared pairing delays. - Driver was very polite and provided our checkin gates however 2 concerns w the service. 1. Two days prior to service I messaged provider about pickup location as our hotel located in special access area of Old Town. Received reply w new location for pickup - when driver arrived, I received msg w his phone number indicated he was waiting. I immediately called him and we reconciled where to meet. Why was I given a new location that the driver did not know about? 2. We were picked up first (4p) and then another 1 stop for 2 other passengers at 4:40p. We didn’t get to airport until 5:05 - without severe traffic delays - I will not share a ride again - I think we were paired w too late of pickup of others. Our flight was at 6:20, I anticipated 30-40 min drive but not another pickup that put up close to departure problem.

False advertisement ! - I would give zero stars if that were an option! I booked transport from the airport to our hotel and specifically stated on the reservation that we were a party of eight adults. The van that was sent only had seven passenger seats so not only did we have to pay for this transport, but we also had to pay for an additional taxi to get everyone to the hotel. The driver was unapologetic and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that there were not enough seats for our party. Two thumbs down for this service!

Never again - Never again. The transfer, in a 7-seater Toyota, arrived almost 30 minutes late with another female passenger on board, then began wandering around other hotels looking for other passengers whose names she could not find. All without worrying at all about our hurry to get to the airport. In order to convince him to head to the airport, he had to threaten to call the police and start dialing the number, because he also laughed. Also noteworthy is the ideomotor slowdown of this person, absolutely inadequate for this type of work. I don't know how they get 5 stars, since similar situations are also reported by TrustPilot..
