- Our tours run rain or shine. Make sure to check the weather forecast and come prepared with an umbrella.

We'll meet you at Namesti Franze Kafky 24/3 (in front of Amorino Gelato). The meeting point is in the little Franz Kafka Square (NOT by the Statue of Franz Kafka) next to the Old Town Square. Your guide will be holding a "Prague City Adventures" sign.

Christmas traditions - fun and tasty - Really great tour, funny, informative, tasty cookies and honeywine, thanks to Katie. I recommend the tour, if you want to understand Czech traditions and way of living.

The real Prague Christmas markets - We had an awesome time with Johanka, she got us quickly away from the main market with its crowds and sameness and over to a few more local and unique markets. She was very knowledgeable about the city, its history and the local attractions. We were able to briefly experience the Season like a local for a few hours. We caught the subway and made our way out to places we would not have even known about, let alone visited. She was pleasant, personable and very charming as she led us from one market to the next, pointing out highlights and local history along the way. Since it was only my wife and I, the tour felt very personal and special and we enjoyed every moment. Thanks again, Johanka

Fun tour - Our family of 12 had a great tour with Nikola! We learned a lot about Czech holiday traditions, had some time for shopping at a Christmas market, and got the chance to try some yummy treats!

3 magical markets in Prague tour - This tour was excellent, Miss was so friendly and knowledgeable. she took us to a couple of markets used by. The locals which we would not have found.

Magical Tour, Wonderful Guide! - We thoroughly enjoyed our “Merry market Christmas tour“ with Prague City Adventures.
Our tour guide, Katy Janouskova, was delightful. She is a Prague native and is incredibly knowledgeable about Czech culture and shared many fascinating Christmas traditions with us. We had mulled wine, traditional grilled cheese on rye bread, hot, mead, and delicious fried potatoes on a stick!
She took us to three different Christmas markets that are unique and are not the most common ones that tourists visit. It was fun to visit the market stalls with her, as she was able, for example, to tell us what the most traditional Czech Christmas ornaments and activities are. Throughout the tour, she related interesting aspects of The Czech Republic and her experiences growing up here.
This was our first full day in Prague, so it was especially valuable to tour the markets with her as she gave us many hints about navigating our way through the city. She was also a font of information about good places to eat and other things to visit during our stay here. She was kind enough to email us several good pictures that she took of us during the tour.
We highly recommend this experience, and Katie as your guide.

Humor and a Love of Christmas - Our guide was wonderful she was cheerful and loved sharing the different traditions of the country as well as how these might contrast to our own. She picked out special locations as requested. She provided guidance for our return at night to see the lights and helped us under the underground metro which became are go to to see all the area has to offer. Biggest thing she smiled and had joy in her voice we did a couple other tours and everyone was sad and bitter

Great Christmas Market Tour! - Johanka was a great tour guide! I did three different Christmas market tours while I was in Europe and this was the best one! She showed us some markets away from the crowds and I learned about so many holiday traditions in Prague. Thank you for a great tour!

Great guide! - Katy was a friendly and knowledgeable guide, who brought us to interesting places and was sensitive to our needs. The only thing that might benefit from some improvement would be the amount and variety of food included on the tour.
