Fascinating History Lesson - Wow. This was definitely a highlight of our trip to Prague. Hearing first hand about what it was like growing up behind the Iron Curtain was incredibly interesting and one of the best history lessons I've had. Our tour leader, Lada, was so passionate, telling horror stories with a clenched fist as if he was reliving these experiences. While the tour itself was heavy and serious, there were definitely moments of levity and kitschy-ness. I highly recommend to anyone interested in post WW2 communist history. 10 out of 10!

An Overview of Communism's Evils through an insight in Prague - The Communism and Nuclear Bunker Tour was a pretty interesting experience, where we were taken on a journey to one of the last remaining semi-ready bunkers in Prague that was intended to house civilians during a nuclear explosion. The tour starts by giving you an insight into life under communism, ranging from fears under the Secret Police (StB) to how people survived and made-do with what they had. The highlight was an entrance to the Nuclear Bunker, where we were shown items and reading materials dating back to the communist era, and given an elaboration of what the bunker would have done (and how it was a hollow shell effectively). Overall, this tour is an excellent quick overview of life under communism and how the regime operated through the lives of the common people.

Review Bunker tour Prague - Vaclav was a very nice man, and his explanation was really clear. He made jokes in a professional way that made the tour more fun.

We went in the bunker learned how it works and how the equipment inside the bunker was used - Vaclav was a very accommodating guide that shared a lot of information about the bunker itself and the equipment inside.

Don't bother - Can be a bit boring. Went overtime by well over 40 mins and we had to cut our tour short and miss some of it as we had another booked
