Beautiful countryside and town! - It was wonderful to leave Prague for this small town and see some amazing sights. If you want a quick reset from the city while in vacation in Prague, I highly recommend this one. Don't miss the chocolate shop!

Delving into Kutná Hora - We had a lot of fun on this tour! Our tour guide, Blanca, was wonderful and her passion for sharing knowledge about the town was palpable. Unfortunately, a lot of the shops in the old town were closed because we did the tour on a Monday, but it was still really informative and enjoyable.

Bones - Bring water and snacks. Very knowledgeable guide. Pick up times were punctual. Transport was comfortable

Nice trip - Great trip, with easy pickup from our hotel and nice guide. If you have time, definitely worth the trip.

Great tour - and amazing service! - This tour was awesome - great views and amazing buildings and lots of information! Our tour guide was awesome and full of interesting facts about Kutna Hora. He really knew his history! The van driver was very kind and prompt and even went out of his way to bring something we left in the van to our hotel. Would book with this company again!

It needs better planning. - The driver that picked us up was unfriendly, bothering on rude; and he was driving like a maniac. The mini bus that we used throughout the day (thankfully with a different driver), had the sensors for a frozen door sounding constantly all the way to Kutna Hora, very distressing and annoying. The guide was good, if a bit impatient. The places we visited were exciting.

Visit well - Very bad and well. Pick up hotel wrong, it was not the expected time q was 12h. And they came at 11 o'clock. Back to the hotel, we've been dropped off in the city center. It wasn't the contract.

Bone church - Communication mix up about pick up. Another group joined us that we constantly were waiting for so we could move on. Lack of communication when we stopped to eat: was it included? Then waiter charged the entire bill to one gal’s credit card. Bone church is a must see!

Appalling customer service - I have just returned from the half day tour to Kutna Hora. The tour itself was good- the female tour guide was knowledgeable and attentive and the sites visited were interesting and beautiful. However, the very unpleasant ending of the tour has unfortunately soured the whole experience for me. The description of the tour stated that they would pick you up from your hotel and the tour would end at the departure point. As my departure point was my pick up at my hotel I had reasonably expected to be dropped back there at the end. Other members of our group had the same expectation. However we were dropped off at an intermediate collection point a significant distance from my hotel. It was 7 pm and my phone was dead. When I voiced my concerns the bus driver told me to get off the bus!! He had zero concern about an older, single female traveler having to find her way back to her hotel at night with no means to call a taxi or negotiate public transport. The female tour guide was somewhat more helpful and called an Uber for another older single lady on the tour in the same predicament. She also tried to describe to me how to catch public transport to my hotel 25 minutes away. However I eventually decided that getting a taxi was the safest option despite the additional expense. The original tour description is ambiguous and needs to be clarified. Further the tour operator needs to emphasise to participants that they must find their own way back to their hotel at the time of confirmation of booking AND at the start of the tour. The impression I got was that both the driver and tour guide had encountered this situation before yet Best Tour has not improved their ambiguous communication and transparency. This reflects their poor customer service.
