• Potamies - The journey begins in Potamies, a lush and quintessential Cretan village. Visitors will explore a traditional farm, witnessing animal milking and engaging in local activities like cheese making. Enjoy tasting fresh cheese, olive oil, and rakomelo!
• Aposelemis Dam - The next destination is the Aposelemis Dam, Crete’s largest water supply project. The village of Sfendili lies submerged beneath the dam’s waters, with its historic houses visible on the water’s surface. This area is also a natural wetland, home to diverse bird species.
• Ano Kera - The tour continues with an ascent on dirt roads through the “Ebassas” gorge. The breathtaking views of majestic mountains and the untamed beauty of nature are truly rewarding. During a brief stop, the guide will gather local herbs such as oregano, thyme, and sage, following Cretan tradition.
• Windmills Of Lasithi Plateau - The tour proceeds to the longest line of windmills in Crete, located at the entrance of Lasithi Plateau. This stop offers a chance for panoramic photos and insights into the history of Cretan windmills.
• Lassithi Plateau - The guide suggests optional activities, including a coffee break in a traditional village, a tour of the Lasithi Plateau’s gardens, and opportunities to meet locals and explore quaint villages.

• Krasi - Lunch will be enjoyed at the area’s most traditional tavern, featuring wood oven-cooked dishes and local wine.
• Platanus Tree - The final stop is in the traditional village of Krasi, where the village square is dominated by three enormous plane trees and Vryses. Among them stands a remarkable plane tree, over 2000 years old.
