Great day out - By chance came across office in Sorrento. The lady operating the office was informative, very friendly and efficient. I booked the tour of Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. Pick up was opposite my accommodation. Van arrived within expected 5-10 minutes I was told to be waiting. Other passengers were lively and interesting too. Our driver Ciro was a lovely, friendly guy. He was a good driver, informative and happy to chat and answer all the passengers questions in English. Ciro also offered us the opportunity to do a boat cruise of Amalfi coast to see Amalfi from the water. Euro20 was well worth the 45-50 minutes on the water. Was fabulous to get out of the crowds consuming Amalfi square for a time. Very happy with everything about my great day.

Great advice and service from Roberto - We dropped into Sorrento Tourist Office agency by chance and decided to purchase two trips: a guided return day-trip from Sorrento via road to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello; and a day-trip to Capri to see Blue Grotto, the coast of the island by boat plus 5 hrs on the island. We really valued the advice provided to us by Roberto Giusti and loved the two trips he recommended and booked for us. Thanks Roberto for your friendly and genuine service plus your restaurant recommendations. We would definitely utilise your business again.

Excellent customer service and affordable tour prices - Very friendly and caring people. Tours were explained thoroughly and with a sense of humor. This was one of the tours we decided to go on, the views were spectacular and the tour guide was very friendly and talked us through the views as we drove around the beautiful coastline towns of Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. The 9 seater bus that we were on was fully air-conditioned and very comfortable. The experience was so good and affordable that we decided to go on another tour to Capri. Cannot speak highly enough of the Sorrento tourist office, we will definitely be back for tours in the future, top class!

Delivered exactly what we were told - We booked three excursions with Pino and Roberto. All three were excellent days out and went exactly to plan. Much better value than trying to plan days out ourselves with every trip starting and finishing at our hotel or very nearby. Our trips were to Capri. Walking tour of Naples and the Amalfi coast. I would not hesitate to book excursions with this company they explained everything clearly we left confident our days out would be a success and they were. If anyone is visiting Napoli then we would recommend the walking tour as this gives a taster of Napoli. Coaches minibuses and boats they use are all very good.

Well priced day tours - Booked three tours direct at the office in Sorrento in the 4 days we were at Sorrento. My husband and I knew we wanted to do the following 1.Go to Capri 2.Go to Pompeii and Ercalono and 3. Drive down the Amalfi coast. The receptionist was very helpful and efficient, could be interpreted as being brusque however the prices were very good and they were able to book tours on quick notice (less than 24 hours) We were picked up on time by a mini bus and/or guides were informative. Overall made our day trips very smooth.
