Its greatest attraction is the magnificent Cathedral dedicated to St. Andrew, an impressive structure featuring intricate Byzantine and Arab-Norman architectural elements. Amalfi’s charming streets offer a glimpse into the region’s artisanal traditions, such as limoncello.
• Ravello - Ravello is a captivating hilltop town perched high above the Amalfi Coast. The town is renowned for its lush gardens and historic villas, including Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone. These estates boast meticulously landscaped gardens with colorful blooms, statuary, and scenic terraces that overlook the shimmering Mediterranean Sea. Villa Rufolo, in particular, has inspired artists and musicians over the centuries, including Richard Wagner, who found inspiration for his opera Parsifal while staying here.
