5 stars for Jose! - We had a wonderful experience with Jose. We traveled w/ 3 couples & spent 4 days with Jose as our private driver. He was wonderful! We traveled from Rome to Sorrento & spent the week traveling in/around the area including Positano, Amalfi, Ravello & Pompeii + a wine tasting recommended by Jose. His professionalism & knowledge of the area were amazing, Jose was very safe, accommodating & a pleasure to spend the week with in his brand new van. I would highly recommend Jose!

A++ - We couldn’t imagine a better driving tour, or better driver, than Jose.
Six adults fit most comfortably in his brand new Mercedes van and the driving was excellent. Jose has been doing this for 35 years and it shows. He was always early and always got where we needed to be in plenty of time. He was equally happy to share his knowledge about what we were seeing, and also to be in the background when the group talked among ourselves.
Driving the Amalfi Coast is not for the faint of heart, but we were always comfortable because Jose is patient, careful, and highly skilled behind the wheel.
We are English speakers and Jose’s English is great, no problems communicating.
We had a few schedule changes, which were easily accommodated. We also took some of his suggested changes to our planned itinerary, which helped us see as much as possible during our holiday.
If Jose is available it would be a mistake not to jump on it.

Sorrento, Rome and more - We had a wonderful experience with Bianca and Jose. We were 3 couples who spent 4 days in and around Sorrento. Prior to the trip, I researched and selected them based on reviews and also Bianca was so quick to respond and accommodating. She was incredible throughout. We used Jose for numerous days including transport from Rome to sorrento, trips to the amalfi coast and Pompeii (and winery) and then transport back to Rome (with a stop in Gaeta). The car was clean and comfortable and Jose was a fantastic driver and host. He was knowledgeable of the area, made suggestions along the way and spoke English really well. We could not ask for more and highly recommend them.

RAVELLO !! Not to be missed - Our English speaking driver, Jose was marvelous. I could not imagine a day on the Amalfi Coast would be this glorious. Jose met us just outside the Naples cruise terminal with signage. He shared his knowledge of the area while driving to Amalfi with suggestions for pastries, coffee, shopping, lunch, hidden gems in our Amalfi and Ravello stops and answering all our questions. RAVELLO !! What a surprise !! I loved the artisan shops, the Piazza, the food, the Italians. Our visit to The Villa Cimbrone's Garden with the splendid views was a highlight. I highly recommend AMALFI TOUR DRIVE. For the four of us, it was more affordable than the cruise bus excursions; about the same cost as local group bus tours. The benefit was a private car & expert driver and we were allowed more time out of our comfy SUV than would have had on a bus tour.

Amalfi Coast Day trip with Pompeii. - We had a great experience with Jose. He was communicative even when we were just starting to inquire about the tour. He provided detailed instructions regarding our travel.He was on time and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. We needed a 2nd vehicle as we were a group of 10, and his son was great as well. They really do aim to please.

Amazing experience! - We had an experience of a lifetime on the Amalfi Drive!
Jose was very knowledgeable and drove very carefully & safely.
We really enjoyed the views and appreciated Jose stopping to take photos for us.

Best day in italy - We had an absolutely unforgettable experience with our private tour guide on the Amalfi Coast.From the moment we were picked up, everything was seamless, personalized, and thoughtfully planned. Jose was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture, and hidden gems of the region, but also warm, engaging, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty of the Amalfi Coast.
We visited charming towns like Positano, and Sorrento, each with unique insights and stories that brought the locations to life. Jose also took us off the beaten path to quieter, less touristy spots with breathtaking views — places we would never have discovered on our own.
The vehicle was clean and comfortable, the pace of the tour was perfect, and we never felt rushed. We also appreciated the personal recommendations for local restaurants and shops, all of which were fantastic.
If you're visiting the Amalfi Coast and want a truly enriching and stress-free experience, we highly recommend booking a private tour with Jose , he made our trip incredibly special and memorable.

Gorgeous Day - We arrived from a cruise ship and Jose took us on an amazing drive up the coast. He was very knowledgeable and shared all the beautiful spots. He knew where to stop to take photos and told great stories along the way. I would highly recommend spending a day with him.
