Rough water adventure - Wonderful adventure. Nelson & Samuel were very attentive and professional. In the rough waters Samuel kept checking in on all of the passengers. I told Samuel that he did a great job of keeping the passengers comfortable in a very adventurous ride. Samuel provided interesting insight throughout the tour. Would definitely try this again

Fun trip - Marco and Ricardo gave us a great trip. Nice information about the caves and coastline, we got to see some dolphins and was a fun trip. Highly recommended

Great trip - This was a great experience, the boats only have 12 spots and you are say jockey seat position giving you good stability and surprisingly comfortable seating . We departed on time and the boat travels quickly out to look for dolphins , we were lucky enough to see common dolphins and then we headed back along the coastline exploring caves - in all it was a little over 2 hours Ricky was our Captain and he was knowledgeable and helpful. We felt very safe and had a wonderful time

Awesome experience! - A small boat excursion with a very knowledgeable Ricky. Great views of and commentary about the various Algarve beaches and caves. A must do with them!

A fun day, so enjoyable!! - Loved the boat ride, so fun through the waves!!! We got to see so many dolphins! Never been so close. Such an enjoable experience and welll worth the money!!! Two hours of our fun, enjoyment!!!

Nice trip. Does the "money back with no dolphins" guarantee work? - It was a nice trip, but... No dolphins. We had a ticket with money back guarantee if we didn't see dolphins. This ticket was €10,- more expensive. It would be nice if we could get our money back at the counter. But no, we need to send an email and request the refund. If all goes well, I'll get my money back in a week. I'm curious, I'll let you know here

To flee... 2 cancellations in 24 hours without explanation and all the pains in the world to get refunded. - The day before, call to tell us that for unexplained reasons the reserved semi rigid is not available (direction operation will repeat the man at the end of the line). He offers us the same activity at the same price but on a catamaran... I accept even if it was not the experience initially chosen. We arrive on time, we are given our boarding passes and 5 minutes after the scheduled departure, we are cancelled because the catamaran has a problem ... And in addition the qr code gives for refund does not work! Forced to call -> nobody answers ... will have to move!!!!!! Run away!

Not helpful at all - We’ll day one of booking I arrived to the place on time walked up to the desk and was informed that the boat wasn’t going out today as was broken ! I asked if they had any other boats for that day they said no do you want a refund so I said yes please, about a hour later had a thought to ask if they had another day they could just move it they was a little reluctant but did so. Day 2 arrived about a hour befor same thing again walked up went to book in we’re and got told we’re not letting any of our boats out today it’s to windy. I was very pissed of at this point as for the 2 days had cost about €50 in cabs to get to this place as we had no car out here just to be told sorry no boats today no phone call text or email to let us know if advance, to add to it every other companies was still going out over 15 more companies but unfortunately we’re all booked. Then got told would take over a week for them to refund my money I know they can’t help the weather but let people know so they don’t have a wasted trip
