• Castelo de Obidos - A key attraction in the town is its medieval castle, which dates back to the 12th century.

• Igreja de Santa Maria - Also from the 12th century, the church of Santa Maria is located in Óbidos’ main square, showcasing beautiful Manueline and Gothic architecture. Inside, you can admire the intricate decorations and historic artworks.

• Obidos Village - The town is encircled by well-preserved medieval walls, offering splendid views of the surrounding countryside. You can enjoy a leisurely walk along the ramparts and take in the scenery. The town’s narrow, cobbled streets are lined with charming whitewashed houses adorned with colorful flowers, creating a picturesque setting perfect for exploring on foot.

• Rua Direita - The town is also known for its craft stores selling local handicrafts, ceramics, and souvenirs. It will be hard to resist picking up a memento here.

• Obidos Village - (TASTING) Naturally, you won’t want to miss the chance to taste Óbidos’ famous liqueur, Ginjinha, made from sour cherries and served in chocolate cups. Just enjoy it. It’s on us.

• Obidos - (OPTIONAL) It’s time to head back to Lisbon, but if you wish to have lunch locally (nearby, by the Atlantic, you can savor some of the best fish and seafood in the world) or continue exploring the region until the end of the day, just let us know. From Óbidos, we are very close to the sea and the beaches, and we can show you hidden spots that are off the beaten path.

• Lagoa de Obidos - (OPTIONAL) If you’re up for it, we can take the SUV on a short off-road tour around the Óbidos Lagoon, the largest salt lake in Portugal, to showcase the local biodiversity and the scenic beauty of the area. Don’t be shy… be curious, we love it.

• Lisbon District - Returning to the Lisbon area. The journey takes between 4 and 6 hours, depending on the optional visits you choose and whether you decide to have lunch on site. For transparency, we want to inform you that in addition to the 2 hours allocated to the attractions listed in the itinerary, the remaining 2 to 4 hours refer to: 2 hours for total travel time, and the other 2 hours for the optional activities.
