Islands and Harbor Tour - Donna was a fantastic tour guide. She’s a Portsmouth native and it was great getting to hear a bit of some “insider” information. I love to see genuine excitement for her hometown. Please book directly with Port City Bike Tours directly. They are a local company and extremely helpful. Thank you Dawn for your help.
