A Journey Through Time in Portobelo

As soon as I set foot in Portobelo, I felt the vibrant pulse of history and culture that this Caribbean town exudes. The final leg of our journey took us to Playa Blanca and the mesmerizing Venas Azules. As a former professional surfer, I’ve seen my fair share of stunning beaches, but the crystal-clear waters and pristine sands of Playa Blanca were something out of a dream. The tranquility of the beach was a perfect contrast to the bustling history of Portobelo.

I took a moment to dive into the warm Caribbean waters, feeling the gentle embrace of the ocean that I’ve always cherished. The landscape was a painter’s paradise, with the vibrant blues and greens creating a serene backdrop for reflection and relaxation.
