Scenery, Porto & Anselmo - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had the pleasure of spending the day with Anselmo on our wine trip through the Douro Valley, and it was an unforgettable experience!
Anselmo was professional yet fun, striking the perfect balance between sharing his deep knowledge of the region and keeping the day relaxed and enjoyable. We especially appreciated his willingness to get out of his comfort zone with us Canadians — he embraced our sense of humor and made the day feel wonderfully personal.
The stunning scenery, incredible wines, and Anselmo’s warm personality made it a highlight of our trip to Portugal. Highly recommended!

Discover Porto by Bike with Anselmo - Anselmo's 3 hour bike tour through the secret alleys and old medieval pathways in Porto's central area was a highlight of our trip. He showed us a side of Porto that most tourists don't get to see. Starting from Ribeira Square & Dom Luis I Bridge and heading out to the top of the Ponte da Arrábida and the mouth of the Douro River at the Atlantic Ocean, we covered a large area of town. Anselmo taught us some history of his city, & showed us the best views and hidden spots that only locals know. It was a great way to get to know Porto beyond the tourist traps and get some exercise at the same time! For reference I am a 62 yr old woman traveling with two 20+ yr old sons. The ride was easy and challenging in spots - enough to keep athletic young men entertained. We loved Anselmo and highly recommend his tours! Will definitely book him next time we're in the Porto area.

Solo Cycle Tour of Porto - I had a fantastic cycle tour around Porto with Anselmo Wecycled around areas and went to viewpoints I would not have found on my own. On advice from Anselmo, I booked an individual tour which meant it went at my pace and I had a much more tailored tour. I would definitely recommend a tour with him.

Amazing and fun mountain biking tour - don’t miss this!!! - Gorgeous and stunning 3h bike tour off the beaten path of Porto. If you want a different view of the city with interesting historical facts and a sporty mountain bike workout, this is the tour for you. Anselmo was engaging, fun, knowledgeable and knew all the right spots especially for the refreshments at the end of the tour which was highly enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who has biking experience. The kids loved racing up the hills and the beautiful lookouts. Perfect first day in this gorgeous city.

Just book, bike and have a lot of fun! - What a nice, funny and caring guide.
We went the unused tourist route, we did not meet any other guides and cyclists.
We enjoyed all the stories and facts.
Lots of laughter and fun.

Loved This!!!! - My adult son and I went on a bike tour with Anselmo and we absolutely loved it! This was one of the highlights of our trip to Porto. Anselmo is a lovely host and lots of fun. He quickly assessed our skill level on the bikes and adjusted the tour along the way to challenge us just enough to make us feel proud of our accomplishments riding up and down the hilly cobblestone streets of Porto. Anselmo can take you on regular bikes or on e-bikes, depending on your skill level and preference. I initially thought we would be on e-bikes but we ended up on regular bikes, and I am thrilled that we did the tour that way. It was fantastic exercise, all doable, and a ton of fun. Anselmo is patient and encouraging, and he takes fun pictures and videos along the way so you can remember your adventure. We will definitely reach out to Anselmo when we return to Porto for more fun on bikes and wine tours!

DuckSideOfPorto nice tour - Very nice and humerous local guide. He has a lot to tell about Porto and the history, good e-bikes. Wich is not a luxury! We strongly recommend this guide!

Nice tour very hilly on the bike but that’s Porto. Guide was nice guy Good to see different less touristy parts - Was a fun way to spend a few hours in good company to learn about Porto from a local guide with lots of experience and knowledge
