- This tour operate in the rain so please check the weather conditions an dress accordantly. The company provides ponchos.
- Minimum numbers of 2 people apply for the public tour. If this minimum is not reached your tour will be rescheduled or cancelled and refunded in full.
- Minimum age is 12 years. Minors must be accompanied by an adult who must sign a Statement of Responsibility for children up to 17 years old upon arrival.

Great start to a Porto trip - Awesome tour! Ramon was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Was a great way to start a Porto trip and helped gain a lot of history and a lay of the land .

Friendly and knowledgeable guides - Jonas and Faddio were friendly guides with great knowledge of the city. They also shared some great tips on where to visit during our stay. Riding the segway was great fun and the guides were very considerate of the confidence level of the whole group.

Porto on a Segway is the Best Way - Exploring Porto on a Segway is a fabulous way to see so many beautiful and historic sites! We had a wonderful guide, Fabio, who took us to all the worthwhile spots and was so knowledgeable and trustworthy when it came to guiding us safely and comprehensively around the city. Highly Enjoyable Segway Tour - My wife and I did the 3 Hour Porto Segway Tour which was a great way to see all of the highlights of the City and also, other areas of the city that we probably wouldn’t otherwise have had time to see during our 3 night stay.
Our guide (Lucas) was very friendly, highly knowledgeable and kept us 100% safe throughout the tour.
I would highly recommend Bluedragon City Tours.

Brilliant tour - This tour was brilliant, Lea the guide was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the city. The tour covered all the major landmarks of the city with in-depth info about them. Also gave great recommendations on places to eat and drink while we were in the city.
One of the best tours I have taken while away on a city break. Highly recommend.

Segway Porto tour - Great way to see Porto without walking. Our tour guide Luis was fantastic. Our family had a good time and got to see a lot of the city..

Segways not Charged, no compensation - We carefully booked months in advance, double checked in person the day before, and arrived 15 mins early as specified in our booking instructions.
Despite all this, after waiting 35/40 mins, we were informed the segways had not been charged and we could either do a walking tour or come back in 5/6 hours or get a refund.
We watched 3 other customers who had arrived later than us go off on their tour as they spoke French and so did their guide ️. To be fair, I don’t think they knew at this point that the other segways were uncharged .
We were gutted and it spoilt our day. No compensation of any kind was offered.
We wandered about for the next 5 hours seeing a lot of the things that we then saw when we finally did the Segway tour.
When we finally did the tour in the afternoon, the guide ( Vinnie) was lovely and very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the 3 hour ride.
The bad experience in the morning was terrible customer service that no attempt was made to rectify.
