Best first solo traveling experience - This was my first time at the hostel where I found out about this event. I met Lhais and Matheus at the hostel where they introduced me to the activities they're planning. We were very well taken care of and had a wonderful time. If you want to find friends when you solo traveling as me, also if you want to see city and have a great time I recommend it to you!!

NYE horrible review - I booked the NYE tour for my friend and I, which is double the price than the standard tours. So keep in mind that automatically makes this the most expensive pub crawl I have ever been on. To start, I didn’t read the description that the first “bar” would be a hostel which is my fault. Met at the hostel at 10pm which is in a sketchy area. It has a small bar upon entry, and then has a small communal area and the hostel kitchen. I’ve done over 20 pub crawls in multiple countries, along with staying in many hostels to include party hostels, and have never seen a pub crawl choose a hostel with a bar as a location, and it’s evident why. As a traveler, I want to see an actual bar with bar patrons and staff to where I can recommend it or potentially go back during my travels. I don’t want to see a dingy hostel that had more hostel tenants downstairs than pub crawl customers. It makes no sense from a business perspective as no pub crawl customer will choose to drink at this hostel or stay there afterwards. The offer for unlimited beer and sangria is nice if you want the bang for your buck. But if I’m in a bar I want the freedom to order other drinks/shots for myself or fun guests, and volunteers at hostels who have to “bartend” can’t provide that. They had two beer pong tables, with one of them bent and crooked, which made it seem more like I paid for a glorified “house party”. With the communal area already being small, the tables and the tenants took up most of the room making it uncomfortable. Mixing hostel tenants who are not actively a part of a pub crawl and trying to eat in the kitchen, using their laptops, have families with young children etc and intermingling social bar people in a small area is not an ideal mix for a fun time. There was a lead guide, Miguel, who I give all the credit to trying to make the event fun as he was very attentive and checking to make sure we were okay. His other guide was introduced to us but we never saw her again for the next hour. When it was 5 minutes left until it was time for us to move to go watch fireworks for the NYE celebration, my friend and I chose to leave as we had no optimism that this night would be better. Maybe the following bars and club make this pub crawl worth it but I can’t speak on that behalf.

Arrived at the meeting,... - Arrived at the meeting, no one was there. I texted the number provided to see if they had already started and no one replied. I asked for a refund the next day and again I've received no reply. Feel like I've been scammed.
