Outstanding - Amazing experience accompanied by pastry, glass of Porto wine in bery unique house. Session was very informative about Fado music and instruments but most of all the voice and musicians were outstanding. Small group makes experience very intimate.

Fado concert - Excellent show of Fado in a beautiful setting. Combination of more traditional "blues" Fado with also upbeat tones. Impressive signing and beautiful guitar playing. Highly recommend!

Our kids love Fado! - The Fado concert was a breathtaking experience in a stunning, intimate setting. The music was mesmerizing—emotional, raw, and beautifully performed. We brought our kids (ages 12 to 22), and it was a huge hit with all of them. The performers’ passion and the skill of the guitarists held everyone spellbound. The hosts and guests were warm, kind, and welcoming, creating a truly special atmosphere. It felt more like a shared cultural moment than a typical concert. A must-do for anyone visiting Portugal—moving, memorable, and perfect for all ages.

A Glass of Port and Thou - The Live Fado Show by Destino was a perfect ending to a beautiful day in Porto! An intimate Fado concert was performed with a professional female opera singer accompanied by talented musicians on both Portuguese and classical steel guitars. We were in a traditional Porto guest house. The surroundings created an atmosphere of total relaxation and belonging. This Fado concert is one that should be included in your itinerary when visiting Porto!

Excellent Concert! - This was a lovely, intimate, musical experience. The trio were professional, informative, and engaging. The hospitality prior to the concert was extraordinary. Wine and pastry were served. The Fado singer and instrumentalists were excellent! While it was a short performance, it was just right for…and quite memorable.
