Best tour company I ever hired! - I'm a travel agent and led a group of 20 on a tour of portugal. We rented a villa and the door Valley and used Your Tours for our entire stay..
They picked us up from the airport in a brand new bus and also led us daily on a total of 4 tours!
The driver's were all wonderful and highly skilled to maneuver into even the tightest spaces and handled the windy roads like pros. No crazy driving like some other countries!
But .. the shining stars were the tour guides! In all of my 15 years of travel and touring, I never had a guide as good as Nuno Pires and my entire group agrees!!
Nuno goes above and beyond to ensure you are having a wonderful group experience but also a personal experience! He catered to us like royalty and I was so appreciative of his kindness, knowledge, personalism, professionalism but most of all, his true passion and love of what he does.
We all made a true friend in Nuno and I highly recommend him along with this fabulous tour company which I found extremely easy to work with.
We toured the Douro Valley, Brago, Porto and Peneda Geres National Park.
The company was in contact with WhatsApp and email from beginning to end. Best yet, they are very affordable and you get a big bang for your buck! Zero complaints!!
Big shout-out to Ana as well! She's another excellent tour guide that we had for a day!

Beautiful History Lesson! - Nuno and Sofia were wonderful to spend the day with…they were incredibly knowledgeable and knew all the best hidden gems. Front row access to everything and a new Tesla kept us in comfort too! Pure pleasure!

Maria Santo was a dream driver/guide! - Maria Santos was a dream driver/guide! She is such fun and made what could have been a difficult day with fellow travelers whom we didn't know before the tour into one of the best of our recent long trip. We had such a great day with her with lots of laughs and interesting information. She tailored the tour to our preferences and found a great small restaurant in Braga for a memorable lunch. We appreciated the nearly new Tesla Model Y even though it is far from her favorite vehicle. Thank you so much!!

Exceptional Tour Guide Made Braga Escursion Excpetional - Note: We only did the trip to Braga.
Our day in Braga exceeded all expectations and that was due to having Miguel as our guide. His years of experience, passion for making each tour come alive and the depth and breadth of his knowledge of Braga, Portugal and Europe in general provided a perspective rarely found with tour guides, Miguel was able to connect history to modern day events and decisions. The entire day was exceptional. In addition, Miguel is a wonderful, genuine person and we established a comfortable relationship immediately. We have worked with tour guides in many destinations over the years. We would include Miguel in a very small group of exceptional tour guides.

A great tour with a great guide - Nuno, our guide, made this wonderful day trip extra special for the four of us. He has a genuine and deep love for his country and his people, and it showed throughout. This was matched by his warmth, humor, knowledge and professionalism. These 2 cities outside Porto are definitely worth visiting.

3 Tours/Memorable Family Trip - Yourtours was a pleasure to work with from the first email exchange. The company was very responsive and transparent. Planning an overseas trip for 6 people with 3 being of them being over 90 years old with mobility and special health issues was a huge concern and Yourtours and their caring staff really made the process a less stressful and enjoyable one. We felt we were in good hands.
We booked our airport to hotels transfer as well as 3 full day tours with 1 tour being a custom tour.
Yourtours recognized our specific special needs and limitations and provided support to meet them. The logistical coordination and communication were amazing.
We were met by Pascal S. at the airport. He was a warm and very friendly greeting after a long overnight flight which was so nice. He was very kind and super efficient and went above and beyond helping us get our 16+ pieces of luggage plus 3 walkers settled with the transport and then he rode with us to our hotel and made sure we were all set with check in.
We did 3 days of tours. Porto, a custom Chaves tour designed for my 93year old father, and Braga & Guimaraes. I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about our tour guide Nuno M. He was so friendly, considerate, caring, kind, infinitely patient, and his in depth knowledge of the geographical area and Portugal’s rich history, culture and food made the tours very enjoyable and extremely interesting. We learned so much and looked forward to each days tours. Nuno went out of his way to make sure our seniors especially my father, could access as much of the tour itinerary as possible. He was inclusive of them and their needs as well as making sure we still got to see such special places. If we couldn’t get out and walk an area due to our groups physical limitations, he made sure we still saw everything as close as he could get us in our vehicle. Nuno was particularly great with my parents and aunt. Always mindful of their needs and always lending a hand to make sure everyone was able to enjoy his tours safely and at a pace that was manageable. We never felt rushed. All of our lunches were included as well as afternoon stops for local pastries and beverages. It was nice to not have to be concerned about any of the extras. The food was plentiful, traditional and delicious. We got to know Nuno through our wonderful mealtime conversations and we were sad to part ways. He gave us an experience we will never forget and his special care for what this trip meant for all of us but especially for my father we will be forever thankful for.
Pascal checked in with us daily and personally made sure our seniors made it safely back to the airport for our next flight. That is the personal care we received and it really made a difference in our trip.
If we ever are able to travel to Portugal again someday we would not hesitate to book with Yourtours again. Outstanding experience start to finish. Thank you!

DISAPPOINTMENT - We hired this company to visit Braga and Guimaraes a group of 30 people, and we hired because it had a good score and we did not want to hire free tour thinking it would be better, mistake. The first day was in Braga, the fairly regular guide to say the least, did not act as a guide, was rather a walk, pending the clock all the time and ended half an hour earlier than agreed. Faced with disappointment I called the company requesting a change of guidance for the next day in Guimaraes but they told me that impossible, and to say that in Guimaraes was something better, but we were not convinced. A shame.
