A great experience! - My husband and I had an amazing time on this very informative tour given by Eric. He's a local with a tremendous amount of information about the area and its history. He shared lots of fun facts and stories about Portland that we may have never found out. He went above and beyond and showed us the neighborhoods and the surrounding areas and explained a lot of things in great detail. It was definitely worth our afternoon! He made me want to revisit Portland in a future date!

A tour led by a guide with intimate knowledge of Portland as a city by the sea - Our guide was a third generation Mainer from a lobstering family. He not only took us some of the most beautiful spots in coastal Maine but he spoke about growing up here, "playing on those rocks", working on lobster boats and what its like to live all your life on the edge of the Atlantic ocean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities: the hand warmers, a bottle of water, a stop at a local coffee shop to get the special Maine treat, a Whoopee Pie. By the end of the trip I felt as though I had genuinely experienced Maine.

Great Tour Depsite the Rain - We took this tour while in port on a cruise. We love lighthouses and this was a great way to see three while in port. It was an easy walk from the cruise ship to catch the tour. The van was new, comfortable and clean. Eric and Mario were great guides. They were fun and very knowledgeable about the city and it's history. It was a rainy and chilly day, but they were prepared with umbrellas and Eric even brought his Keurig just in case someone wanted a cup of hot coffee. A special thank you to Eric who walked with us in the rain to the lighthouse and took our picture. He was even able to capture our ship in the background.

Great Tour, Great Tour Guide - This is a great tour, folks! The tour guide is animated, fun, informative and is genuinely interested in accommodating all his guests. We took his advice and went to a recommended restaurant and it was delicious and a great price for lobster.

Well worth it if you are new to Portland! - Eric was a very engaging, friendly host, and we learned a lot about Portland, it's history, and about the area. Our only regret is that we didn't do this on our first day in the city rather than the last. He has so many good recommendations for restaurants, sites, bars, etc. Would have been good to get that local knowledge up front!

Lighthouse & Portland Tour - Friendly staff, comfortable transportation, and nice tour with a little history of downtown Portland. Enjoyed the photo stops at two lighthouses (Spring Point Ledge & Bug Light) with a longer stop to tour the grounds at Fort Williams Park (Portland Head Lighthouse). Guides took photos of my daughter and I together at the stops. Overall, a really good tour.
