- Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse - The second lighthouse. You will learn the history of the lighthouse and how Portland Harbor was integral to the navy during World War 2. We will walk the breakwater out to the lighthouse for an up-close look. If the lighthouse is open for tours ( it is usually open on Tuesday and Thursday) you will take a guided tour.
- Portland Head Light - The third lighthouse on the tour. We will view the lighthouse and Fort Williams Park. We stop here for lunch.
- Cape Elizabeth - We will bike through Cape Elizabeth and see many beautiful waterfront houses
- Willard Beach - We will bike through Willard Square and make a quick stop at Willard Beach
- Old Port - Our route starts through Portland’s Old Port Neighborhood

Scenic Coastal Cycling - My wife and I did the 5 Lighthouse Bike Tour with Rick and had a great time. Rick was a fantastic guide who knew the area well and shared interesting history about each lighthouse and the coastal communities we rode through.
The route was scenic and well-paced, with plenty of stops to take in the views and learn about Maine’s maritime heritage. Rick made sure we were comfortable on our bikes and adjusted the pace to what worked for us.
The lighthouses were beautiful, and riding along the coast was the perfect way to experience them. Rick’s enthusiasm and local knowledge really enhanced the tour.
Highly recommend this tour if you want to see Maine’s iconic lighthouses and enjoy a nice bike ride.

Awesome tour and wonderful guides - This was a great easy to moderate ride to the 5 lighthouses. Loved the views and the guides provided a lot of information and trivia along the way. The lobster roll was a tremendous capper to the tour.

The tour included a few... - The tour included a few more hills and cycling on the road than I anticipated but the tour guides made sure that everyone was comfortable and had a good time.

The gain is more than the effort. - It was a bit scary because of the urban route, but once you got past it, it was so worth it. Definitely worth waking up for! Frequent stops and a great overview of history & the area. I would say it is advanced beginner. Elise was helpful & encouraging and I felt she prioritized our safety.

Bright eyes -fabulous scenery. - We were traveling with Molly and only a small group. The weather and mood were great. It was one of the most beautiful tours on our trip. Molly took us to the beautiful spots of the island and we had a great picnic at the lighthouse with fabulous lobster rolls. We have seen many beautiful places and Molly has told us everything and has made us stop anywhere we wanted to take pictures. There were four of us and there were only 2 other women left on the tour and it worked out great. We felt safe and in good hands at all times. Molly is a very great woman who made the day very special for us and we can only recommend the tour.

Scenic lighthouses and bike trip - Fabulous trip. The guides Scott and Molly were the best! The weather was perfect and the 15 mile bike ride was so beautiful. It was a wonderful way to see the sights of Portland and take pictures of the lighthouses. They also were very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about Portland and the state of Maine. We also had the BEST lobster roll ever!!!! I definitely would recommend this excursion.

Good time - Great experience. Guides were wonderful and patient. I would definitely do it again and recommend the tour for all level of bicyclists.

5 hours of fun in the sun - This was a fun day learning about Portland, making friends with strangers, and sightseeing some lighthouses and architecture along the way. Rick and Lauren were super fun tour guides, making the experience five stars.

Nice bikes and great... - Nice bikes and great guides. However, Viator stated maximum of 8 riders. Tour actually had 14 which was the 8 signed up using Viator combined with others that signed up directly with the bike tour company.

Beautiful ride, wrong bike! - The bike ride was beautiful. The city area was a lot of traffic to navigate. The guides were excellent. These issue was the bikes. They did not have enough bikes for the number of people that they had there to put them on the proper bike. I ended up on a boys bike and I am a girl. And I could not stand when I went to get on and off the bike so I ended up falling several times. It was very frustrating. Also, I have a bad back. They should not overload the trip. As I said, the town was very Hectic and crowded and lots of traffic so starting and stopping getting off and on the bike were very common.
