Great Crew and Cruise, despite bad weather - Our Casco Bay cruise with Megan and Colton was fantastic. The weather was grey, windy and then the rain came in, but we made the most of it! They had cozy blankets for everyone and took us to as many locations as the weather safely allowed.
We learned a few fun facts about each site, and they were happy to answer any questions we had.
We were able to bring our own drinks and food was allowed too!
This was a wonderful tour, despite the weather and because of the lovely crew!
Also: we accidentally double-booked for another cruise that afternoon and they were so helpful in allowing us to cancel at the last minute. Fantastic customer service and highly recommended!!!🙌🏻✨

Family friendly! - Such a great experience!! The guides were absolutely amazing and so friendly! We were in Maine for my husband’s work trip with my two kids (8 and 1 years old) and I needed something to do with them during the day that could entertain them both.
My oldest had a blast and my youngest enjoyed it just as much for her first time on the boat! Doing things like this solo with two kids can be very intimidating and nerve wracking, if your a parent you totally get it 😅 lol but I can’t say enough about how great the experience was and how welcoming the crew was and just enjoyable it was. Great vibes all around and we’re so patient with my oldest who asks a lot of questions lol and my youngest who is all over the place with me in tow 😅 lol
Would absolutely recommend for a boat ride out on the ocean and to see some lighthouses.

My only suggestion would be to be more clear where the meet up spot was. Possibly just trip advisors page wasn’t as informative but there was definitely some confusion on where to go and to check in.

Such a great experience... - Such a great experience seeing Portland from casco bay. The boat was small and perfect for our group. We brought snacks- pringles! And a few cans of Lambrusco. We had a wonderful time. Capt lance was very personable. We had a terrific time!

Great experience! - This was a great experience. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. The weather couldn't have been better, and the ride was smooth and enjoyable. Just the right length and got to see all the lighthouses and a couple of seals!

Great experience! - I highly recommend this cruise! Meghan and Coulter did an outstanding job of making the cruise fun and informative. Because you are on a smaller boat, you are able to hear Meghan and feel like you are visiting the port with a friend. They even paused the tour and took pictures with each of our parties with the Portland lighthouse in the background. I only spent a few hours in Portland and I am so glad I chose this cruise

Nice way to spend 90 minutes in Portland. - This 90 minute, start to finish, boat ride was well done.
Pros- great day weather wise.
Cons- very loud engine. Hard to hear the guide.

Nice tour - On a recent visit to Portland, another tour company canceled on us and we were fortunate to get a tour with Portland Schooner. The pickup is on the downtown piers so it's very convenient. It's a small boat so the group size was very nice.
The captain and mate were both great. After the appropriate briefings, we made our way out of the harbor and visited several lighthouses. While this isn't a narrated tour, the crew gave us a good commentary on what we saw and made sure we all got good pics.
This cruise was very enjoyable.
