Participants will check in at Portknockie Harbour to meet their guide and receive all necessary equipment. Important safety information and techniques will be covered in the introduction before heading over the hill to the starting point and entering the water. Let the adventure begin! The journey will proceed along the route towards Bow Fiddle Rock, involving swimming, climbing, and jumping while exploring the ever-changing environment.
