Fun Catamaran Tour! - We had a great day on the catamaran. They arranged a pick up for us in Lagos which was quite helpful. The boat was clean and the staff was friendly. We had good weather after the morning had been a little cloudy with a bit of rain. It was a great way to see the coast and the caves. The lunch was good and it was nice to spend time on the beach. The beach time could have been a bit shorter. It seemed that most people were ready to get back on the boat an hour before we did. Take your towel and wear your bathing suit to the beach lunch so you can swim and have your towel to sit on. There are umbrellas to shade from the sun but no chairs on the beach. We went on the tour mid October and the water was still nice and refreshing for swimming.

Fantastic cruise - We had a fantastic time . The crew was great especially the girl (never did ask her name) . She was chatty and friendly with everyone . The food was a good touch and the cook was great

Amazing Crew, Stunning Caves & a Beach BBQ to Remember! - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a great day on the boat trip from Portimão! The crew were amazing – super friendly and couldn’t do enough for everyone. The stop at the beach was definitely the highlight, with a delicious BBQ cooked right there on the sand. The Benagil Caves were stunning too. Everything was really well organised and relaxed at the same time. Highly recommend this trip – such a fun and memorable way to spend the day!

fabulous day out , well worth the price - a fabulous day out. relaxed cruise along the coast, transfer to smaller motor boat to view the caves and a fantastic beach BBQ on a beach only accessible by sea. The crew were very attentive, BBQ was well cooked , umbrellas laid on to provide shade, Couldn't ask for anything more

Definitely recommend - We had a fantastic day on this tour. The staff are friendly, helpful and fun! They worked really hard and ensured everyone was having a good time. It was really beautiful to see Portugal and the caves. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our day!

If Carlsberg did days out. - Great day out. Friendly and safety conscious crew. Can't fault the experience. It really is the best way to see the caves.

Super fun excursion! - Highly recommended for a wonderful day with sightseeing, lazing on the beach and good food! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything else is well arranged!

More like a Club 18-30's Holiday ... never again out of America. - My husband and I chose Virgin Voyages as known as the best cruise company, and designed for adults only. The ship is beautiful, the only real negative is the ridiculous size of the pools on Deck 16. The hot tubs were occupied the majority of the time by groups of people drinking champagne, with totally no regard of other travellers wanting to relax in them. The food was amazing, we particularly enjoyed The Wake and Extra Virgin restaurants. The entertainment was generally horrendous, with so much emphasis placed on the LGBTQ+ community and American humour. Priding themselves on inclusivity provided your not Asian or European. A comedian being explicit about his manhood and degrading older women for having "long sleeved breasts" is not humour. Three nights of Grog Walks each week was a little overkill with guests sitting for a quiet drink getting told it would be advisable to move. It was like a game of Cat & Mouse, which bar would be quiet? The singing entertainers were not great , not helped by the loudness of the amps. Sadly I am not alone in my thoughts, with regular Virgin Voyages customers saying they "haven't enjoyed the musical acts at all this time". The organised Excursions were great, sadly we could not dock at Grand Cayman due to rough seas. Staff in the restaurants were extremely polite, helpful and asked every time about food allergies. Housekeeping staff (Deck 10) were superb, friendly and considerate. As for the Entertainment Team, the only interaction we got in 14 days was "you're not here for the Grog Walk are you?" (Week 1) and "the Grog Walk is meeting here, can I suggest you move over to that side of The Dock House" (Week 2).
