Enjoyed the journey and tour guides - Our group of 13 persons enjoyed our day-long trip. The weather was great and the guides were very personable and informative. Our driver is to be commended for expertly navigating the 28 curves up the mountain then back down again when we crossed into Argentina. Its an experience not to be missed. The stops at the lake and the park allowed our group to experience beautiful areas of Chile. The bus was very comfortable, we were treated very well.

Bridge of Incas - The natural bridge is 27 meters above the River Las Cuevas, formed with thermal waters and famous thanks to its healing properties. Today, it is not possible to enter the waters, just appreciate all the natural beauty.
But in the last century, near the bridge there was a grand hotel, which took advantage of the fame of thermal waters to attract tourists to the region. After an avalanche that hit the region, almost everything was destroyed, remaining only a chapel at the foot of the mountain and the building that worked like the thermas, just below the bridge

Unfinished Porillo tour - The tour started very promising. A knowledgeable guide with good control of the English language did her best during the hours ride to the first destination - a ski resort in the Andes. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to pass through the border with Argentina due to lack of required paperwork. In consultation with the operator - we turned back, faced an hour and a half crossing back to Chile and another long drive back to the hotel. The local operator recognized and took responsibility offering refund. The local guide was very good and supportive.
