Would definitely recommend! - Had a great cooking class experience with Carlo. He showed my girlfriend and I how to make pasta and cannolis from scratch. He also took us through his garden and we picked fresh vegetables for a caprese salad. Would highly recommend and go back if I got the chance.

Best Cooking Class - This was a wonderful cooking class with a Michelin chef! We made pasta and cannoli and everything was delicious! We took a walk in the garden and picked vegetables as well. Carlos our chef was personable and informative!

An Unforgettable Cooking Experience with chef Carlo - What an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived at Chef Carlo’s beautiful villa, we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel right at home. The villa itself was absolutely spectacular, and the cooking class was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with ingredients straight from the garden. Chef Carlo made the entire experience so much fun while sharing his knowledge and love for cooking with us. And the cannoli… WOW! I have never been a fan of cannoli, but the ones we made were absolutely incredible. Fresh, perfectly sweet, and hands down the best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for an authentic, memorable cooking experience, I cannot recommend Chef Carlo enough. Amazing food, beautiful surroundings, wonderful hospitality, and memories we will cherish forever. Truly a 10/10 experience!

The highlight of our trip! - Our cooking class with Carlo was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. We visited with eight friends from the Netherlands and from the very first second, Carlo and his lovely mother and aunt made us feel incredibly welcome. We started by picking fresh ingredients from the (incredible) garden before cooking together at Carlo’s home. Everything felt so personal and authentic. Carlo shared beautiful stories about his family and traditions, we ate from plates that have been in his family for over 55 years, and tasted incredible products, including his own homemade olive oil. The food was amazing, but Carlo’s energy, kindness and enthusiasm made the day truly unforgettable. The atmosphere was full of laughter from beginning to end. Such a special experience and a perfect surprise for our group. Would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you, Carlo!

An amazing, intimate... - An amazing, intimate experience unlike any other. Carlo welcomed us into his home as if it were ours and exceeded all expectations. Beyond the food being amazing, his hospitality was very much appreciated considering the heat we were in. Would 110% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Sicily!

Great Chef, great food, great memories! - This was a wonderfully intimate experience. Chef Carlo is not only an extremely experienced chef, he is very personable and an excellent teacher. The setting is beautiful, picking produce directly from the large garden that has been in his family for decades, with the sea and mountains as the backdrop. And the food was amazing, all prepared from scratch by you under the tutelage of a wonderful chef. Che bei momenti!

Meh...... - I was charged for this excursion and we did not attend due to an airline emergency. The family was nice about it but paid for something I didn't receive. I booked this months in advance and just before traveling I was asked by the chefs wife to change my dates for their convenience. I could not as my days were all prebooked. They accommodated that kindly. End the end, Canada Air made it impossible to attend and I'm out $270. Also note that if you do not have a car, the chef will arrange one for you but it is 50 euros each way. That is more than $ 100 in American money. Expensive car ride to add to an expensive dinner. Wish I had known all of that beforehand.
