Personalized Trinidadian Food Tour with Tebet Tours - Highly Recommended! - Incredible food experience with Tebet Tours over the Christmas/New Year holiday week. From booking, they were accommodating and enthusiastic about a customized culinary adventure featuring authentic Trinidadian specialties.
We specifically requested traditional dishes doubles, roti, corn soup, creole cooking with provisions, and pig tails, and they delivered wonderfully. Our guide shared knowledgeably facts about Trinidad's rich food heritage and the cultural influences that shaped the cuisine including traditional seasonings and herbs used in everyday Trinidadian cooking. Explored food locations from Park Savannah morning market to Central Farmers market to Barataria.
Tebet Tours exceeded our expectations with personalized approach, local expertise, and genuine passion for sharing Trinidad's incredible food culture. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone wanting an authentic taste of Trinidad. It is perfect for food lovers, culture enthusiasts, and anyone wanting to experience the real Trinidad beyond typical tourist spots.
Fyi, our favorites were the roti at Wings in Tunapuna was phenomenal, and the corn soup at Devine Flavor in Tacarigua was absolutely delicious.

Great experience with lots of fun, food and festivities. - This tour was better than I ever expected! Marcus met us at a hotel and took us on a fantastic adventure to explore the culture of Trinidad. He had connections that allowed us to see behind the scenes of Carnival presentations and introduced us to the folks that live, work and go to school in this wonderful place.
We asked him to share Doubles with us which is local cuisine and he shared his favorite place to enjoy them and introduce us to other flavors as well.
This was probably the best tour we had in our two weeks in the Caribbean!
Thank you Marcus. We will be in touch the next time we are in Trinidad.

Great Cultural Extravaganza - This was a fantastic tour. Marcus took a few minutes at the beginning of the tour to get to know us and what we already knew about Trinidad. He then took us to places that showed us the culture of the island and introduced us to several people along the way.
We experienced the music, the carnival masks, the food and so much more.
I can not think of a better way to spend the time we had available. I feel as though I have a new friend.

The tour was a cultural tour. We got a taste of local foods, drinks and were entertained by steel pan. - It was amazing. We got the opportunity to see the making of carnival costumes, tasted alot different types of local foods and took alot of pics. The tour guide informed us of the culture, foods, history etc. It was informative and fun at the same time. We truly had fun. The tour guide had us laughing all through the tour. It was an unforgettable experience. It was definitely worth it. Thank you Tebet tours for a wonderful experience.

Great Experience. Highly Recommend To Book! - An absolutely incredible experience with Marcus on this tour. We visited a Steel Pan/Drum Festival in San Fernando. This tour is very focused on 'real experiences.' It is carefully curated to give visitors an opportunity to see life in Trinidad just like the locals. He was very professional, was on time, gave great stories, and was very attentive to detail. I would highly recommend this experience. He also does airport transfers - so can ensure your entire experience in Trinidad is seamless.

Incredible and highly personalised tour! - Marcus is an amazing tour guide!! I would absolutely recommend him for anyone visiting Trinidad. He is so knowledgable and injects such joy into his tours. His encyclopaedic knowledge of the music, culture and most importantly, food made our experience a once in a lifetime. One thing that really sets Marcus apart is that he takes the time to get to know you, which means that he really gives information that you'll be interested in and takes you to see the things that he knows you'll like, even if you don't know such a thing even exists.

Fantastic Tour Guide! - Tebet Tours was perfect! We used this tour guide for a Port of Spain city tour as well as a tour to Paramin. Marcus has a great personality. He was punctual, very knowledgeable about Trinidad and Tobago history and culture, very patient and kind, especially as our group had young kids. We learned so many new and interesting facts about the magnificent seven around the Queen’s Park Savannah, and the views from Paramin! Wow! Absolutely breathtaking!! You need to experience it yourself! It was initially a bit cloudy when we first got to the La Vigie lookout but quickly cleared up. My daughter enjoyed being “in the clouds”. Our tour was tailored to our interests and needs and we had an amazing day. I highly recommend Tebet Tours!
