City tour - Our guide Vish was lovely, helpful and he gave us an overview of the city, if I come again I would like to go to the colored sands

Nice tour - Jean Philippe was an exceptional tour guide. He organized this wonderful tour concisely.
Very specific itinerary, he explained what to expect of the day and navigated us around seamlessly that made for a great experience.
He was a wealth of knowledge and tips regarding Port Louis, and more.
Friendly and accommodating. We felt like we were touring with an old-time friend.

Excellent Tour Guide - Excellent tour guide (Jean Philip) friendly informative and most of all we had the greatest time of our life in Mauritius... I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family from Nigeria... they already seen all my posts though lol and are really excited to come for you tours ...Merci !!!!

So-so destinations - Driver very friendly and flexible* but the locations we went to were very so-so. *Driver let us modify the tour: dropping some churches and shrines and going to the 7 coloured earths at Chamarel instead. Not really worth the bother. Good job we didn't book with the local agent; would have been 3 times the price.

Poor punctuality - We had an appointment at reception at 8.55. at 9.10 still no one and no notice by email or mobile phone. I call the tour operator who tells me to wait. I get called back at 9.20 and they tell me that our driver guide was late because of the delay of the previous customer and that they would send me replacement driver. at 9.35 new driver arrives. I do not give a single star because this was nice person. car three stars, courtesy four.

Watch out - Doddy operation , never got a confirmation email like I normally do from other operates,on the day no WhatsApp from driver telling me when he be there, so started getting concerned, should have been at hotel 9am waited till 9,39, text viator asking what's happening, they gave me their number but no answer , so we went back to room found their email but no response been four days , message them on Facebook still nothing, I was hoping just to reschedule tour next few days but nothing, chat to viator every morning was tolld they have 72 hours to respond, finally after more then a week got money but missed that tour had to arrange a taxi to take us there,

Dissapointed Tour Pick Up - This Tour did not happen, the tour operator did not show up. Our pick up time was 9:00am. We waited until 9:30am, then asked the hotel receptionist to call the tour operator. The tour operator told us they had 4 bookings for that day and had forgotten about us. They wanted to reschedule another day, it was not possible for us to reschedule the tour, we asked for a refund. The hotel receptionist gave us a map and bus time table. We were able to go to Port Louis to see a few sights.
