From there, pass through Mallee Park, home to the nation’s most successful Indigenous football club and a former Aboriginal Reserve linked to local stolen generation events.
The next stops include Billy Lights Point to learn about traditional cultural fishing techniques before visiting Snapper Rocks, where Emmalene will candidly explore the darker chapters of the region’s early history, sharing stories of Indigenous resilience. Parnkalla Walking Trail - Take a short walk along the Parnkalla Trail and absorb the knowledge shared about local traditional plants and their uses.
