Kuala Lumpur and Batu Caves - We had the absolute best experience with our driver, Arul. From the moment we met him, we felt completely safe and taken care of. Not only did he drive us smoothly and professionally throughout the day, but he also took the time to explain the history and details of each place we visited, which made the experience so much more meaningful.
What truly stood out was how thoughtful and accommodating he was. Because we had a little extra time, he surprised us by taking us to a beautiful Japanese temple that wasn’t even part of the original tour. It ended up being one of our favorite stops. He even took photos of us so we could capture the memories together, which meant so much.
He provided cold water for us, kept the vehicle spotless, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Arul is kind, gracious, and genuinely cares about giving his guests a wonderful experience.
I truly couldn’t have asked for a better driver or guide. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a safe, informative, and memorable tour!

Fabulous trip with a great tour guide - Our driver went over and above, absolutely great. Trip exceeded our expectations. Messaged me via WhatsApp so I was able to call on leaving the cruise terminal.
He took us to Bata Caves and took photos of us, which we vould not have taken of us together. We then went to the 181 tower and Petronas Towers which he photographed again and gave us timr to walk around the shops. Then Imperial Square, then the market and collected us after 2 hours and finally the Temple. Infortaative, patient and knowledgeable. Razi was amazing.

Pleasant trip to the Batu caves and to KL - We traveled with Saiful, who was a very pleasant and good driver. He shared a lot of knowldge about KL with us and planned the trip diligently. It was possible to modify the planned itinerary to our needs.

Fantastic day from Port Klang to Kuala Lumpur! - Izam Transport and Private Tours provided top notch service. When I was researching for an excursion for Port Klang, I didn’t find anything that fits my interest from the cruise line. I found Izam on Trip Advisor and decided to give this company a try. I’m so glad I made this decision for the private tour to Kuala Lumpur. Izam messaged me a few weeks before the excursion to introduce himself. He provided information about the excursion and wanted to know the cruise departure time. On the day of the excursion, Faris (our driver) picked us up at the cruise terminal. He was friendly and polite. We discussed the itinerary for the day. Our first stop was Batu Caves. There was heavy traffic driving to the destination but Faris was patient and a conscientious driver. Communication with Faris during the trip was great. He altered the itinerary according to my wishes. Faris went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed every part of the tour. As promised, Faris delivered us to the cruise terminal before departure time. Overall, it was a great excursion with Faris and Izam Transport and Private Tour. They are reliable company and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Quick trip around KL - We only had limited time but our lovely driver Zul was very flexible with us, showing us things we wanted to see and skipping things we didn't. Friendly service, air con, and was on time!!

Highly recommended - We took a private shore excursion from Port Klang to Kuala Lumpur for the day. Razzi was our driver for the day.
This is more of a driver service than a tour guide. We had a list of places we wanted to go and he took us to them. He was on time for pickup and stayed close while we got out visited various sites. He answered all our questions but didn’t volunteer much commentary which was fine with us.
This is a great tour for people who know where they want to go.

Great day in KL. - Amazing trip with our personal tour guide Arul. He was extremely attentive to our needs and respected our limited time. We managed to see a Batu Caves, Kings Residence, KL Tower, Petronas Towers and Gardens and a quick stop at a chocolate factory before heading to cruise terminal. Highly recommend this personal tour, didn’t have to wait on anyone else and catered to our own needs only.

We enjoyed our day tour... - We enjoyed our day tour with Ary, he picked us up promptly from the cruise terminal in a comfortable air conditioned car and navigated the road well! He gave us enough time at each destination to explore on our own and took lots of photos for us! Ary did answer any questions we had and was very friendly to talk to however we would have appreciated more information, Ary was more of a driver than a tour guide. We enjoyed our day in Kuala Lumpur and recommend the trip for cruise passengers as Kuala Lumpur is far away from the cruise port and Ary made sure we were back in time for ship! Thank you Ary!
