Well-kept varied park - Had a great day at Aqualand. Well-kept park and varied slides. Lucky that was not very crowded and waiting times quite short. What I didn't like was that for loungers an additional 5€ is charged per lounger and also lockers cost 7€. Prices are high, or you lie down on the meadow. But I didn't like making money, so a star deduction.

Fun day! - I did really enjoy this water park, there was a fair amount of rides, and it wasn’t a bad price for which you get to spend the whole day there. The only issues i had were the park is abit dated, it could do with a good clean, a lick of paint and maybe some ares of the floor re-concreted (there are a few trip hazards and sharp areas on your feet). Not sure if this park would meet british health and safety regulations. The food was very pricey but very nice, tastey and filling! I probably would return yes! :)

Fun day out - Me and my partner have just returned from a visit from this water park. After reading many mixed reviews we decided to just chance it and visit. If the slides and attractions are just taken into consideration then this waterpark is excellent, there are so many thriller slides available but also many slides available for younger children too. Food is pricey but too be expected at a water park, you are allowed too stay your own food and drink with you. Sunbeds are available to purchase but there are many areas within the shade/sun that you can just place your towels down. Lockers are available and are definitely worth purchasing. Only downfall with this park are the fast passes. We was lucky enough to go on a quieter day and waited approx 10-15 minutes for most slides without a fast pass. Personally do not think these should be allowed as the park is already pricy without the extra cost of these too guarantee you too get on the slide quicker. Most of the slides require floats/rubber rings there are a LOT more of these available than normal ones for people who haven’t paid. Overall good day had, If fast passes were not made and good cheaper this would be an amazing day out as the attractions are very fun and thrillseeking

Great day out from Cala D'Or to... -
Great day out from Cala D'Or to Aqualand at El Arenal! The bus picked up round the resort and up the coast about 5 miles up to Portocolom, so it was about 30 mins before we started heading West towards Palma. It was a nice way to see more of the Island though. The tour was also taking people to Palma for shopping, and to the Aquarium. The Waterpark was the first drop off. We were dropped off at 10.15am and picked up at 4.15pm. We thought this might be too long but even though the park was pretty empty (v early season but still half term week in the UK!) we just had time to most of the rides 2-3 times and have a nice lunch. Prices and choice were good for a water park. Pizzas, burgers, wraps, waffles etc. Rides were great, especially the unique 'Banzai' where you fly down a metal ramp on a heavy plastic 'tray' and skim across the water for 30-40m metres, highly recommended!
Also must shout out to Regina the tour rep for the day - she made the journey more interesting by pointing out interesting facts on the 13th centrury monastery and from the towns we passed through.
Cost of tour incl tickets was the same if you hired a car but the coach option takes the hassle away. Its a full day out so be prepared to be picked up at 8.30am and dropped back at your hotel by 5.15pm depending on where you are. Thanks Viator for a great day out!

Aqualand Day Trip - We booked this day trip before we arrived on holiday. We were picked up from our hotel at 9.35am. The driver and No Frills member of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem we had is that we were picked up at 9.35am and didn't arrive at Aqualand until gone 11.30am so it took over two hours after all the pick ups. We were then told we have to be back at the coach for 16.45. We just felt that most of our day had been lost and would have been better to be picked up earlier. The trip was good but in hindsight we should have realised just how busy it would be in August as by the time we got there the queues for the slides were extremely long so we couldn't get on the bigger slides. I think the money we paid and the time we had there, we wouldn't look at doing a trip like this again. I will say though that any contact we had with No Frills before the trip, we found the staff to be extremely helpful and answered any questions that we had. I would use No Frills again if we were to go on a different trip but would check the drop off and pick up times first.

Good day, bad provider - The water park itself was brilliant, clean and a great choice of rides. This excursion was shocking though - book with another provider!! The bus journey was a shambles and so unorganised, refusing passengers on and then turning around to pick them up.. giving us the incorrect pick up point, no communication at all on when to get off (they had us randomly swap buses mid journey) we ended up so late arriving that we couldn’t get on all the rides due to time! No Frills Excursions were absolutely terrible😞

Good getting there, scary getting back! - So, getting to aqualand occurred with no problems: good value for money, easy journey and an enthusiastic, entertaining, informative and multilingual guide. We got into the park with no issues and a fantastic day. However, our return journey was a disaster: on the Spanish motorway there was a loud bang, after which the driver steered the coach out of trouble safely. It was clear the coach had suffered a major tyre blowout, the coach was left stranded between a live motorway and a live on-slip for thirty minutes. We were then shepherded between our stranded coach and a replacement coach, walking on the motorway via the hard shoulder with no emergency services in attendance, and insufficient warning for other motorway users. Despite efforts to speed up our return journey we were very glad we didn't have children as this was a thoroughly unsafe situation. Must do better in future.

Poor service - Not great. After using no frills for our trip to Western Water Park, I now fully understand why it is called "No Frills." It is important that people staying at Pollensa are aware of how long the journey takes. First, we had to take a taxi from our hotel (in Cala San Vicente) to Habitat Apartments in Pollensa. There, we were picked up by No Frills at 9.15am. They then picked up several others from other meeting points in Pollensa. After that we got dropped off in Alcudia. There we waited 20 minutes to be picked up by another coach. It then picks up others again and finally gets onto the highway. It then drops people off at Marina Land first and finally we get to Western Water Park. I therefore started my journey at 8.45am from my hotel and got to Western Water Park at 11.30am. The journey with No Frills started at 9.15am therefore it took them a total of 2 hours 15 minutes to get us to the water park. On return, again they dropped off so many people that it took approximately another 2 hours. When we requested a drop off to our hotel in Cala San Vicente we were told that was not possible by Elaine their staff member. We were therefore dropped off again at Habitat Apartments (therefore I had to call a taxi again to return to my hotel). I found Elaine not very helpful or particularly warm. The package also stated I would get two free sunbeds but I was only given one by her. Note the price however for their tours is not No Frills. We paid €186 for 2 adults and 2 children. As a result of all of the above, I would not recommend this tour company at all.
