Fun family or couples day out - We had a fantastic tour today. Despite it being a little warm, it was cool on the water. The mangroves were beautiful and peaceful and relatively easy for two novice kayakers to navigate. The shops graveyard was pretty. Highly recommend. Amazing tour, right in Adelaide backyard.

Do yourself a favour and go kayaking with this company. It was great value for money. - This was a fabulous experience. To a guide was Kat she was outstanding in terms of explaining things that we were seeing like the dolphins, the mangroves and the ships. She was also fabulous in explaining how to use a kayak. The day we went we saw lots of dolphins very close and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Would highly recommend people to do it.

Great tour guides! - Oli and Hayne were great tour guides, they taught us new kayaking techniques for navigating in the mangroves and were knowledgeable about the area. Our whole family enjoyed it!

Dolphin and Shipwreck tour - Great morning of fun and exploring out on the water. Kane and Abi, the tour guides, were friendly and approachable with any questions. They ran a short tutorial about how to paddle in the kayaks before we entered the water to make sure everyone in the group was comfortable when they were in the water. We saw some resident bottlenose dolphins just after we got in the water, which was incredible! Again, Kane and Abi were great with ensuring the dolphins were safe by asking us all to remove our paddles from the water and just drift while the dolphins were close. We then explored an area of the mangroves up close, after which we went to have a look at the ship graveyard. Unfortunately, we couldn't get close to the shipwrecks due to the turning high tide and strong winds that day, but Kane and Abi told us stories of the shipwrecks, and we had a great time anyway! I would definitely recommend this tour if you are looking for something different to do in Adelaide and to explore the natural environment. They are also family-friendly!

Some padding recommended - We came along with family and booked two double kayaks. After a briefing about the paddling and the map we got into our kayaks and off we went. As a novice it was relatively easy to propel the kayak forwards and backwards, although somewhat slowly at times. We happily managed to paddle our way to the creeks that we had been told about and navigated up them and in between the mangroves which wasn’t always easy. We kept an eye out for dolphins and our family members managed to get a great video of a dolphin after it passed under their boat. We weren’t quite so lucky but we saw the same dolphin from a short distance. Other then seeing one from the shore when we first arrived we saw no more. Paddling was relatively easy as we were on the non guided tour and could go completely at our own pace and we didn’t bother to go down and see the two bigger shipwrecks. The only downside was that two of us found the boats uncomfortable as our life jackets rode up at the rear meaning that our backs rubbed on the rear of the seat area. Maybe wearing a bit of padding yourself and gloves to protect your hands from rubbing would be a good idea. Anyhow, it was a mostly enjoyable morning which was all completed before the sun got too hot.

Good time in the sun - The trip was fine. We had a good enough time kayaking in the dolphin sanctuary and among the mangroves and wrecks. We did not see a dolphin and I imagine that this is pretty common. I guess if you want a guarantee, go to some sea animal park. The guides were all very nice (Kat, Kirean and Hara?) and even towed some kayakers upstream to help them out.

Physical but fun - You have to have little experience in kayaking or physically fit to do this. It was a challenge for me and my daughter that’s why we are very thankful to our guides who were very patient with us. The weather didn’t help as well since I t was 35C that day. Just glad I can now tick off kayaking from my to do list

No dolphins - It wasn’t too bad, we went to the mangroves and saw 2 ship wrecks. But we did not see a single dolphin.. I was honestly very disappointed because that’s the reason why I went there.
