Buggy - Wonderful experience. Place should have a better support structure for the tourist. (Restaurant / the aquarium itself is not so well structured) There are fields to improve, but it does not disrupt the attractiveness of the place.

Lack of professionalism - The person responsible for the buggy was a person named Juscelino and it was the worst experience we had in all the trips we have made. He only knew about politics, he didn't explain about the places we were going through, he was extremely biased and LGBTphobic. We talked about our discomfort with the agency about the case. The agency is good, but I recommend you ask who is the driver of the buggy before the trip.

On 30/03 we had a... - On 30/03 we had a buggy ride and went to the place that appeared in the app. And after all the weekend texting and trying to call the manager to confirm and align the boarding place, the person did not show up and even canceled. We called by whatsapp, given that we were at the scheduled time and the place that had appeared and he mentioned that he had not seen our reservation, because the platform was with some problems and the reservations were not coming by email. He said that he would go on a city tour with a family and that afterwards would see if there would be a buggy available to take the ride with us and that we could wait. We requested cancellation for it given that we were not at our hotel and that we would not wait to have a possible positioning.
