The guide will wait for you at the entrance of the Coffee shop Vittoria, close to Porta Marina Inferiore entrance.
Be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the starting time, in case of any delay the guide WILL NOT wait since it is a group tour and the entrance tickets are booked for that time.

Pompei - We had Italo. He was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable and personable. We did 2 tours with Raphael tours. Due to weather issues we had to switch the days for Pompei and Capri. Raphael tours took care of everything. Very Accommodating. Highly recommend Raphael tours for both tours

Lelo, our guide was... - Lelo, our guide was fabulous. Witty, energetic and so incredibly knowledgeable. You could absolutely tell he knew the site inside and out after having worked on the digs for ten years.The two hour tour just flew by and every minute was really enjoyable

Amazing! - Our tour with Lello was amazing. He was funny and full of knowledge. It’s so cool that he has done archeological work on the site himself and knows the people actively working and can tell you what they are doing. He kept the tour so fun while we learned a lot. Would highly recommended!

Pompeii archeological tour - Our guide is an archeologist. He pointed out features which the average person would miss. The history he provided was excellent and interesting. Well paced tour! Definitely recommend this tour.

Educational - It was a small personal group which was very nice. Got a great education on Pompeii we didn't now about. Tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, answer all out crazy questions.

Excellent tour with Italo - Italo was an excellent guide. Passionate, informative and very aware and conscientious of showing us the highlights without being caught up in crowds. Would recommend and if you have the time to stay after the main tour you should, there is so much to see and the site is huge!! Italo will also set you up well to continue your sightseeing, and equip you with some great lessons to help shape the way you see Pompeii.
