Amazing, rich in education, warmth and service - Frankie and the Visit Pompeii team were incredible! First and foremost warm and friendly, second they are extremely patient and kind, and then third but just as important, a rich guide in Pompeii meaning, context and people and how everything comes together. The tour guide was... - The tour guide was excellent. We actually arrived late due to missing our train, but they were able to accommodate us for a later time when I contacted them on WhatsApp. It was a huge relief for us. A+++for customer service

Pompeii is enormous and... - Pompeii is enormous and so interesting! Lots of uneven steps and stones so be careful. Tour guide Frankie great! Knowledgeable and funny!

Personal Guide Frankie made the Experience Exceptional!!! - A MUST-SEE Experience Not to Be Missed!!! Buried under many feet of ashes after 3 explosions, no lava flow, you will learn that so many of our modern-day conveniences were discovered during that time, over 2,000 years ago! Excavators uncovered bodies buried under the thick ash which had formed molds of the people who died. Someone invented a way to preserve those molds with a concrete-like substance allowing visitors to see how the people tried to protect themselves, all to no avail. The molds are life-size and rather chilling. I had no idea of the ingenuity of the people of Pompei—from floor heating to bringing their water into their homes, and so much more.

Pompeii Tour - This was an amazing place to see. Tons of information on the tour and it was nicely paced. A must see destination.

Highly Recommend This Tour! - Outstanding tour. Very informative. Frankie was absolutely the BEST tour guide. We learned a lot about the history and were entertained while we made our way through the tour. So well done!

Informative tour but hard to hear - Nina was very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about Pompeii’s history. However, we had a hard time hearing her for most of the tour. With the large crowds and background noise, she could have projected her voice more, and it often felt like she was only addressing part of the group or speaking while facing away. Because of that, we unfortunately missed a lot of what she shared. It would have made a big difference to have headsets for clearer audio. We also felt a bit rushed — there wasn’t much time to ask questions or take photos before moving on to the next stop. While it was great to skip the line, the experience didn’t quite feel worth the price considering how hard it was to follow along.
