The city has resurfaced after centuries, appearing just as it did when it was enveloped in ash and lava from Mount Vesuvius’s eruption in 79 AD. Once a vibrant and magnificent hub of Rome, life in Pompeii came to a sudden halt.

• Visitors will have 2 hours to explore the ruins of Pompeii at their leisure. A guide can be arranged upon request (guide fees and tickets are not included in the tour).

• Scavi di Oplontis - The archaeological excavations at Oplontis reveal a series of discoveries from the Pompeian suburban area of Oplontis, which was buried alongside Pompeii and Herculaneum after the Vesuvius eruption in 79 AD. Today, this archaeological site is situated in the heart of the modern city of Torre Annunziata and features an otium villa known as “di Poppea” and a rustic villa “di Lucius Crassius Tertius.”

• Visitors will have 1.5 hours to explore the ruins of Oplontis at their own pace. A guide can be arranged upon request (guide fees and tickets are not included in the tour).

• Parco Archeologico di Ercolano - The Roman city of Herculaneum, destroyed and buried by the Vesuvius eruption in 79 AD, was rediscovered in the eighteenth century through Bourbon explorations.

• Visitors will have 1.5 hours to wander through the ruins of Herculaneum. A guide can be arranged upon request (guide fees and tickets are not included in the tour).

• Between attractions, guests can choose to enjoy a traditional lunch at a charming restaurant near Pompeii, with a view of Mount Vesuvius. Adults can also partake in a tasting of local Vesuvius wines. Following lunch, a guided tour of the cellars and vineyards is available. The lunch and tour will last approximately 2 hours. Additional time may be required if lunch is included, as the total duration may exceed 8 hours, but this can be arranged together.
