Impressive boat trip! - Very nice boat trip along the cliffs on the north side of Mallorca. Nice stop near a beach bay. Impressive scenery and even dolphins spotted in the wild!

Nice stay with small children - Nice trip to look around. The only negative was that it was a bit lengthy with small children. We brought some snacks to make the trip. The beach was wonderful!!

Packed like sardines - This trip could be really good but they pack it out so much you can barely move on the boat - we ended up having to sit by the beer kegs 🙃🙃 only got an hour on the beach so didn’t really seem worth it especially as the beach was overcrowded. However we did see some Beautiful views and was nice to see some more of the island.

No explanations regarding the failure to respect the route to the Pinar peak. (U-turn 1.5 km before the peak ) - Cruise planned to go in 2 hours to the Cap de Pinar. In fact, we stop well before. ( calla Solana – 1,5 km from the cape ) no answers concerning this remark from the reservations office. The advertised beach swim is actually in the calla - without beach. On the way we spent 30 minutes to pick up hotel guests upstream of the course (3 stops) on pontoons before starting the circuit. On the return idem, we drop customers back on these 3 pontoons before returning.

- Booked this boat for 11:00 and expected to be back at 15:00. We got there 15 minutes early to be told our collection time was 11:15. We werent aware there was collection points before ours and we were the last, so by time we got on the boat there was no seats. This also meant we were the last drop off so didnt get back till around 15:40. Would have preferred a 2 hour stop at the beach, as it was gorgeous but by time we had gotten food we didnt have long left. Would have also been nice to get off and have a swim at one of the sights we had stopped at on the way. Trip was okay overall but i wouldn't recommend purely as it was too over crowded.

The good the bad and the ugly - Again excursion itself was great, but no advertisement at point of pick. I wanted to cancell but my patience kicked in. Definitely want compensation.

Extremely poor service. - Do not book with us company. The trip was cancelled, however no-one ring to inform us, my daughter was really looking foward to the trip, and we paid 40 euros in taxi's, which we can now not get back. When we arrived, and handed over the booking confirmation, the woman was extremely rude and abrupt.said the trip was cancelled, I asked why no one had ring to inform us. She lied and said she didn't have our number. Later another staff member said it would be impossible to ring everyone, so they did have our number.
