• Ostuni - Ostuni, often referred to as the “White City,” is a delightful Apulian town perched on a hill, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the Adriatic Sea. Its standout feature is the architecture of its houses, all whitewashed with lime, creating a unique and enchanting look. At the heart of Ostuni is the magnificent Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, a Romanesque-Gothic architectural masterpiece. The church’s façade, adorned with a splendid rose window, and the interior rich in frescoes and details, make it one of the city’s most significant places of worship. From the Cathedral, a network of streets leads to panoramic terraces with breathtaking views. In the center of Ostuni is the Piazza della Libertà, a vibrant meeting spot surrounded by cafés and restaurants. The surrounding countryside invites visitors to explore the ancient olive groves that form the agricultural heart of the region.
• Centro Storico Locorotondo - Locorotondo: This village, considered one of Italy’s most beautiful, has been awarded the Orange Flag by the Touring Club for its harmonious design and accessible historic center. Visitors will be enchanted by the stunning white houses, cobbled streets paved with local stone (the “chianche”), and elegant doorways. A distinctive feature of Locorotondo is its geometrically regular houses with sloping roofs, made from two slopes of limestone slabs known as “cummerse.” These charming little houses have been renovated and are now available to visitors as part of a diffused hotel experience.

The journey will commence from Bari at 08:30, embarking on a day trip to explore three gems of the Valle d’Itria.

Polignano a Mare, a coastal town renowned for its cliffs and the pristine waters of the Adriatic Sea, will be our first stop. The historic center, featuring narrow streets, arches, and balconies adorned with flowers, overlooks beaches such as Lama Monachile. We will spend 2 hours here.

Next, Ostuni, known as the “White City,” is perched on a hill offering breathtaking views. Its historic center is a maze of narrow streets, where whitewashed houses create a distinctive ambiance. Guests are encouraged to savor the local cuisine during the 2.5-hour visit.

Lastly, Locorotondo is celebrated for its circular center, white houses decorated with flowers, and the “cummerse,” which are typical sloping roofs. From this vantage point, one can admire the stunning views of vineyards and olive groves, famous for their local white wines. The stop in Locorotondo will last 2 hours.

After a day filled with exploration, the return to Bari is scheduled for 18:30, with a stop in Polignano at 18:00.
