time of fun and adrenaline - we arrive to the pick up point an hour before and immediately we were welcome by the staff. after few paper we fill, we get an explanation about operating the boat. the trip was so fun and full of adrenaline the way go is a bit far, about half an hour, till u can drop an anchor to stop an swim. Take that into account. the staff was very nice and very patient for any question. at the end u need to calculate about the fuel consumption , The price was very fair ( 35 euro) In conclusion, we definitely recommend about them

Fantastic experience and a lovely team, just be prepared to sweat a bit anchoring up at the Blue Lagoon - We rented a private boat for 3hrs with transfers to and from Latchi, and did not hire a captain for the trip. Fuel bill came to €35 which is quite reasonable. This is a long one but hopefully has some useful knowledge for anyone wanting to use this service. Firstly, the team are amazing. We had loads of questions in the build up and they were super responsive via calls and WhatsApp, resolving all of our queries in a lovely friendly manner. The same goes for the team on site who are responsible for getting you out to sea. Unfortunately I didn't get our South African Captain's name but he was a great bloke and had a good laugh with him! The boat hire itself was really well organised. We were given a cool box, shown how to use the boat, anchor up etc, and given super clear instructions on how to get to the Blue Lagoon safely with some options to stop along the way. The team monitor your location via GPS and will let you know if you're heading too far astray. A few tips for others looking to use the service: - A lot of your journey involves staying clear of reefs and other vessels. Your designated 'Captain' for the day will need to spend quite a lot of time focused on navigating and driving the boat, which is a lot of fun but not in a 'chill with a few beers' way. - The Blue Lagoon itself is stunning and worth spending a good amount of time there. We spent a while getting there (about 50 mins) as we were enjoying the journey, but worth giving it a bit of gas to get there faster if you want to spend enjoying the lagoon. - Anchoring up at the Lagoon was quite stressful as there are a lot of incoming large yachts who will have priority due to their size, there are also reefs nearby (marked by black buoys) which you need to steer clear of, as well as swimmers with an apparent death wish swimming in front of your moving boat. Keep it slow and be prepared to kill the engine, also helps to spend a bit of time at the start of the journey really getting comfortable with how the boat moves as you'll need it later. There are safety boats at the lagoon and they were really helpful in showing us a good spot to park up, well worth a little cash tip for the help. There is no shame in hailing them to ask for a hand - easier to do that than risk hurting somebody or damaging your boat. This ended up being quite stressful for me as the Captain and I had to take a minute after we safely anchored up just to calm down and let the adrenaline go. A little swim in the stunning lagoon waters did a good job there, it really is beautiful with crystal clear waters and super chilled vibes. The difficulty at the Lagoon was not communicated very much during our handover, but in fairness there is a lot of info to pass over and I may have just not processed at the time. Would be much less stressful if your rental time doesn't coincide with the larger cruises. Hiring a captain for the day would also take all of these issues away, worth considering for sure. - We brought some cold drinks to store in the coolbox but after our transfer they were already quite warm. Thankfully, at the lagoon, there are service boats running ice cold drinks and snacks, so if we went again we'd just buy there and not bring anything extra. A note to the Blue Diamond team, we would definitely pay for ice for the cool box if that is something that can be accommodated! Note that these are all intended as helpful comments to others looking to use the private hire service. Please don't take these as negatives, we had an absolute blast and I would do this again next time. With the advice above it would be even better! Great experience 😌 - Great staff and powerful boat of 80hp for a "without skipper". A lot of fun with wonderful views, I recommend to go to the Blue Lagoon area, 8km from the Latchi Harbour. You should expect nearly 40 euros of fuel for 4 hours if you enjoy going full speed.

Amazing Sunset Experience - Best birthday event ever! We booked two boats with my friends to spend my birthday in the area of blue lagoon. The ride was amazing, crystal clear waters and managed to get some breathtaking sunset views in the end. The owners were super friendly, they explained us with a map what we should and should not do during the ride and even helped us with our things. Thank you Blue Diamond ♥

Good, spoiled by party boats - Great experience, we used half a tank of fuel which was €40. We just didn't like the big boats with music and slides in such an area of beauty, spoiled it for us.
