• Hunter Farm & Adventure Centre - Pokolbin - Your adventure starts upon arrival at the property (please arrive 30 minutes early), where the team will warmly welcome you and assist with check-in. After fitting your helmet, you will be introduced to your horse. The instructor will give a brief safety briefing and help you mount comfortably, ensuring you feel confident before setting off.

Once everyone is prepared, you’ll embark on a tranquil, leisurely-paced trail ride through the stunning Hunter Valley scenery. For the next 90 minutes, you’ll follow your guide along picturesque paths that meander past vineyards, bushland, and gently rolling hills. As the sun begins to set, you’ll witness the sky transform into warm hues of pink, orange, and gold — creating a serene, atmospheric ride ideal for appreciating the region’s natural beauty.

By the time you return to the stables, twilight will be settling in — providing a peaceful and unforgettable conclusion to your day in the Hunter Valley.
