Board the train in Montenegro’s capital, Podgorica, and enjoy a scenic journey northward. The train travels high above the cliffs of the canyon, offering stunning views of the Morača River and the Platije Canyon. The scenery is sure to impress. From this vantage point, you can also see the peaks of Maganik, Žurim, and Stožac. The journey includes crossing the Mala Rijeka bridge, one of Europe’s highest, measuring 498 meters in length and 200 meters in height.

• Cultural Center Kolasin - Arrival in Kolašin. Situated at 954 meters above sea level, Kolašin is ideal for both winter and summer vacations. The renowned ski resort in Bjelasica is just a few kilometers away. The city is often referred to as an aerial spa due to its altitude and exceptional climate.

A major attraction for visitors is the National Park Biogradska Gora, Montenegro’s first national park, established in 1952. The park’s most significant natural feature is the Biogradska Gora forest. At the heart of the forest lies the beautiful Biogradsko Lake, the largest and most famous of the area’s glacier lakes. The 476 km long Belgrade - Bar Railway, esteemed as Europe’s most scenic railroad, took 25 years to construct, from 1951 to 1976. It began operation on May 28, 1976, with the ‘’Blue Train’’ being its inaugural train. The first passengers were Josip Broz Tito, the ex-president of Yugoslavia, and his wife Jovanka, along with the statesmen of all the republics and the Federation.
