Amazing Solo Tour of Tortuguero Canals, Trails, and Turtle Tour! - I had an amazing trip with Rafa's Enchu Tours! Rafa is a great guide and hosted me on the: 1) Canoe Tour, 2) Jaguar Trail hike, and 3) Turtle Tour (we saw 1 laying eggs and 1 returning to the ocean!). Rafa also brought me to a great spot for lunch, and found me a kayak to rent the next day. We spotted a huge diversity of birds, insects, reptiles, and monkeys. I'll be sure to book with Rafa again and to stay at his Air BnB next time!

Experienced, knowledgeable and family friendly - Rafa was amazing. He’s well known in the area for his years of experience. We did the canoe tour and the hiking tour. What I liked was his calm, friendly demeanor but also his ability to spot wildlife we would never have seen without him. Extra points for him being patient and kind with my two young sons who loved the tours but also had relatively short attention spans. Highly recommended…

Wonderful and unforgettable - Rafa is a friendly, fun, and, of course, highly professional guide.
I did the turtle nesting tour as well as the canoe tour and both were beautiful, of exceptional quality.
In a canoe, taking it easy, taking photos and enjoying nature, animal watching, and your sense of humor will make you remember this experience as the great gift it is.
I highly recommend it.

You'll never forget - If you want to do a canoe tour of Tortuguero, you can hire any guide: there are several and they are very good.
But if you really WANT TO LIVE an unforgettable experience, I recommend you call Rafa.
With Rafa you will not only discover the incredible fauna and flora of the park, but also have fun with its great sense of humor. He is an expert and professional guide, but also close and friendly; he loves to connect with his guests and make them feel at home.
The small groups you organize allow for a much more intimate and personalized experience.
You will never forget it better guide in Tortuguero.
I say this from my own experience: I went with the idea of staying only one night and ended up staying five. If you stop looking at Tortuguero with tourist eyes and allow yourself to live its essence, you will feel that you are part of a movie... and you are one of the characters!

Awesome experience! - Rafa gave me and my boyfriend a private tour and it was absolutely amazing! We had as much time as we wanted to take pictures and watch all the amazing birds and other wildlife we wouldn’t have spotted without Rafa.

I absolutely recommend this guide! - The canoe trip in the morning and the nightwalk in the evening done with Rafa. The tours with Rafa and staying in his air bnb were the highlights of our trip. Rafa and his family are very friendly and warm people. Rafa has a keen eye for spotting animals and knows how to share a lot of information. It's nice in a small group. My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to be able to go out alone with Rafa. We also had a great time with him.

Best guide in Tortuguero - Fantastic tour with an amazing knowledgeable and professional guide. Rafa is very charismatic and likes to makes friends with his guests. He is so experienced that he gives an unbelievable experience. Small groups allow an intimate experience. You won’t find better in Tortuguero( his hiking experience in the national park is excellent too)

Great tour! - We had the best day with Rafa! The tour around the canals was amazing. We saw lots of different animals and Rafa was the best guide with so much knowledge about the animals and the history of Tortuguero, and also with great humor. We highly recommend this tour.

An experience we are not about to forget. - An experience we are not about to forget. In addition to staying with Rafa and Jasmina we made the boat tour in Tortuguero Park to try to see animals. Rafa and Jasmina are adorable, always willing to help and eager to teach us a lot. Rafa speaks very good English and is currently learning French. The exchanges are always very rich. During the tour we saw many animals despite the pouring rain. A real added value to go around 4 in the boat and not 20 as you can sometimes see. I recommend 100%!

Canal tour and day and night walking - The best tours Tortuguero offers are Rafa. He strives to look for animals so that tourists can watch, he has a very good eye so we could see many! It respects the duration of each tour, is also very friendly and makes the tours have moments of much laughter. 100% recommended.
