Fantastic Coffee Tour - Mani came highly recommended by my sister who took this tour last November. We did the tour with two other couples, but you can go on your own if you want. Mani is an amazing guide; he is very knowledgeable and loves to share his knowledge with his guests. The plantation is way up in the Sierra Madre mountains and the view is spectacular. We toured the plantation and learned all about the history of the area and how coffee is grown and harvested. We went to the Master Roaster's cafe and had the best coffee I've ever tasted. We toured the little town of Pluma Hidalgo, which is right on top of the mountain, and went to the Illuminated bridge. We also had a traditional dinner in the town, which is all included in the tour price. It was a fantastic afternoon/evening, and I highly recommend it. Mani was a fantastic guide, and we will definitely go on some of his other tours the next time we visit Huatulco.

A warm, inspiring tour of Mani’s multigenerational coffee legacy in the Sierra de Pluma, made unforgettable by his engag - Friends raved about the Organic Coffee Tour in the Sierra de Pluma, Hidalgo, and it absolutely lived up to the hype — and then some. From the moment we arrived, Mani’s passion for what he does was obvious. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely engaging, and has a way of bringing the landscape and the process to life so you’re learning constantly without it ever feeling like a “lesson.” What made it even more meaningful was learning about the legacy behind it all — this coffee plantation has been in Mani’s family for generations, and you can feel that pride and care in every part of the experience. We came away with a real appreciation for the region — the variety of plants and fruits, the beauty of the scenery, and the cultural significance behind it all. And the coffee was on another level. We usually don’t drink coffee black because we find it too acidic and end up adding cream and sugar. Not this time. The organic coffee served was smooth, rich, and completely free of bitterness — easily the best coffee we’ve ever had. The whole experience was inspiring, and we’re already talking about coming back again, maybe during harvest season. Thanks again, Mani — truly memorable. Hope to see you again soon, amigo.

With hidden knowledge about his culture that he is willing to share , you will not get this from any other guide. The transportation is first class clean, very capable drive who knows his way around the country side . The coffee tour was a great experience , visited his family village and had an authentic meal We did the water fall tour last year and had a great day so we looked forward to the coffee tour last year. An Amazing Adventure - What an amazing tour! Mani is extremely passionate, knowledgeable and proud about his cultural history! From start to finish he imparted the history of this area, its beauty and offerings to its people with passion and love. We felt safe and secure during our drive to the coffee plantation, as Mani has the skill of a nascar driver, we traversed the mountain road to the historical grounds where the local coffee, among other products, are harvested. We were blessed with samples of the local coffee, treats made with the coffee and other locally harvested products from his area as well. We were then treated to a wonderful lunch afterwards, with a cup of coffee, and experienced a few local attractions on our way home. We are very grateful we chose Mani for this tour, his generosity is exceptional, and we will definitely be taking another tour with him before we head home to the cold weather! Thank you so much Mani!
