Great fun! - It was great fun and challenging going up the trail in the rain, a nice hike up to the waterfall and then a cool water fall to jump into. William and his assistant were very friendly, funny and helpful I would highly recommend this site. William explained everything and they took good care of everyone in their part.

Best ATV experience ever! - What can I say? This was best ATV experience ever. Multilevel terrain that went on forever. So much land to ride on. Couldn’t believe how vast the trails were. They hills, rocks, slopes, water. Our guide William so cool and fun and down to earth. Made the experience so much more fun. A must do!!!! 10/10

Fantastic experience! We... - Fantastic experience! We felt safe and had loads of fun. We enjoyed the scenic views while driving around the park. There was some time for practice and to get comfortable with the ATVs. We stopped midway for a waterfall break, which was very refreshing. It wasn't as muddy as we thought, but we recommend wearing water shoes (or close-toed shoes) during the tour. There was a photographer who took great pics, and you had the option to buy the pictures afterward if you wanted. At the end, we got a cup of watermelon and pineapples too! No need to bring water bottle because there was plenty of free water too.

10/10 family experience - From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Manuel was our guide and he was energetic, kind, professional and made every effort to ensure our family of 4 had a memorable experience. He shared local knowledge and took amazing photos of us at the waterfall.

Highly Recommended - Went with my lady in early December. 10/10 experience. nothing like driving an ATV through the forest, small bodies of water, and up and down hills of dirt, grass, and mud. It rained before we went, which means we rode over water, and yes, our socks and sneakers got soaked. It was still fun though, we rode to a beautiful view, which was so worth it. We saw beautiful birds, heard monkeys howling, and saw fishes in one of the small streams we stopped at. Highly recommended if you’re looking for fun.

Great Family excursion from toddler to Grandma 🥰 - The day was amazing from the moment we arrived. Samuel, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we had a toddler plus grandma who were both Champions 👍

ATV treck to Waterfalls. - The 2 hour ATV experience was by far the best one we've ever done. William, our guide, was very helpful in making sure I was ready before we set out. I'd never driven an ATV on my own before and was, understandably, nervous. He took us on some awesome trecks, which culminated in seeing an amazing waterfall that we got to climb and jump into. Even the torrential downpour that we drove through the whole time couldn't diminish from the beauty we saw. The teens and I as well as the hubby voted this the BEST of the 3 excursions we did that day. Word to the wise, even if it looks sunny out, put your phone and valuables in a zip lock bag or waterproof container. 😆. Luckily, I was able to salvage our phones.

Absolutely incredible, fun and exciting! - 10/10 recommend this fun ATV tour! The trails were incredible; we went up and down the mountain side, into the jungle, through streams and river and made our way to a secluded waterfall. Our guide, Jean, was amazing. Unbelievably kind, informative, and fun. The only thing I would’ve done different is book a longer tour! The entire staff was hospitable and extremely friendly. If you are considering doing this tour, don’t hesitate - book it! It’s completely worth it! It will be the highlight of your trip!

Not a very positive experience - Sadly our experience at Vista Los Sueños wasn`t that positive. They called us to change our reservation even though we had called the previous day to check availability. We booked the 1 pm tour, but it started at 1:30. Our guide, Juan, did not give any kind of explanation regarding the tour (how much time in the ATV, how much time at the waterfall, etc.). In the end, we hardly drove the ATV for 45 min (tour started late and spent too much time in the waterfall).

Misleading itinerary & lack of information. DO NOT BOOK AFTERNOON TIMES. - This tour would have been good if they had fully provided what we paid for. The tour advertised that we would go on a 2-hour ATV waterfall and “lookout points”. At the location and in this activities reviews you can SEE the lookout points that our group was supposed to go to. They did not take us there nor did we ride ATVs for two hours as advertised. We checked in around 245-250 for our 3PM tour. By 315-320, we were getting ready to head out. The guides only took us to the water fall and back. We were back within an hour and 15 minutes - & I believe that is me being generous. They did not take us to any of the advertised lookout spots, just the waterfall. When I inquired to staff as the reason why, they initially told us that it’s up the guides discretion. Afterwards, they told us it’s because our group is too large and would take time / be dangerous. They did not provide any information before the ATV tour regarding this for us to make an informed decision on whether to continue with the tour. We had be at the park since AM and were waiting for the ATV after one pm. They had ample time to inform us or give us the opportunity to start our tour earlier. They also told us the reason why our tour wasn’t two hours was because the two hours also includes “checking in” and getting ready to go. For a large group of 13, that’s little unfair. If they cannot accommodate large groups to experience what they paid for fully - they should limit booking numbers. I also believe it’s because the park was closing and they wanted to hurry and close - if that’s the case they should take groups after a certain time so that we can get the full experience. I am also posting this review because viator refused to mediate further and the agent told me they were “sending an email” to the company when I already told them that the company told me on site they would do anything even though they did not provide all that we paid for. I was baffled when the agent was arguing with me on the phone saying that I was wrong because the they only list one thing in the itinerary- however, if you read the DESCRIPTION of the one itinerary - it’s says waterfall and lookout spots - and I have photo proof that we did not go to these lookout spots as well as the staff stating a reason as to why we didn’t AFTER the tour. Please beware of booking in the afternoon to avoid getting your tour shortened. Morning would be the best time for this tour to likely get the full experience.
