Real Nice Snorkel at Catalina Island - 2 Huge Manta Rays!! - The staff, which included Risky and others, was excellent, providing clear guidance and working hard to find and identify various wildlife and keep the group organized and safe. They also moved at a good speed allowing time to float and observe instead of other tours which just move along at a quick pace past the formations not really stopping to wait and see what shows up. The fresh fruit snacks were fresh and tasty. We saw 2 large Manta Rays, one at each snorkel site, (which I forgot our GoPro so didn't capture a picture or video, so if any one on the tour captured some good shots or video it would be great to load them!!! ??) which was very lucky but the highlight of the snorkeling

Incredible team - Our dive guide named Risky was amazing!. Listening, fun and dynamic, he took care of our safety, because the sea was very rough that day!

Fun day trip! - The crew was great and made sure we had fun and stayed safe. The snorkeling was decent although visibility wasn’t great. We did see lots of fish of all colors and sizes and two rays!

Fun but crowded - We had a fun experience! The crew was all great, I felt like it was all very organized and they did a good job making it so we could see the most possible and also felt very safe. Only thing I didn’t love was how crowded it was but I believe they did a good job making things go smoothly despite how many people there were. Saw a lot of fish, a small shark, and some people se sting rays.

Poorly organized, unenjoyable - Poorly organized trip - we spent more time waiting on land than we did actually sailing or snorkeling. The time we did spend on the water was mostly spent fending off other snorkelers. We arrived at the office at 7:30 and checked in and waited until about 8:30 or 9 before we boarded a van down to the waterfront. We waited at the waterfront for another 45 minutes before we were ferried in groups out to the boat - waiting again for another 30 minutes for everyone to load on. Once we sailed we waited to drop off the scuba divers in two groups then finally got in the water. Unfortunately, the plan then involved following a single lead snorkeler as we swam along the reef. It resulted in cloudy/washed up conditions, crowded quarters and a generally unenjoyable experience.

Almost Fun - They use a sanitizer on the snorkeling gear and do not let it air out or dry at all. Many of those on my snorkel tour ended up being nauseated and puking off the side of the boat due to inhaling these chemicals. Great group of tour guides, but this really altered all of our experiences.
