Incredible team - Our dive guide named Risky was amazing!. Listening, fun and dynamic, he took care of our safety, because the sea was very rough that day!

Amazing experience, extraordinary staff - Extraordinary experience! The staff could not have been better — so knowledgeable, kind, detail oriented and attentive to every aspect of guests’ safety and enjoyment. We saw such amazing sea life! And the opportunity to have 45 min snorkeling in each of 2 wonderful locations was a real plus! Light refreshments on the boat were just right. The main guide, Risky (yes, that’s really his name and he acknowledges that it’s ironic) was incredibly kind and accommodating to my husband, who had been experiencing vertigo all week but wanted to try. In the end, it wasn’t possible but Risky did all he could to try to find a way for my husband to be comfortable in the water. We had a great experience (even though only I got to enjoy the sea life). Highly recommend!

Swim with the fishies - This was a very well organized tour, that was reasonably priced. A shuttle boat was used to ferry us and out gear to the main boat. Our guides Riski, Billy and Gaston, were very helpful and informative. They took the safety of the group seriously. A reasonable number of guides was assigned to the group. It featured 2 different sites that were different from each other. The length of the snorkeling time in deep water was more than adequate for both sites. We enjoy the trip immensely. It was a worthy trip, and we recommend this tour group.

Fun but crowded - We had a fun experience! The crew was all great, I felt like it was all very organized and they did a good job making it so we could see the most possible and also felt very safe. Only thing I didn’t love was how crowded it was but I believe they did a good job making things go smoothly despite how many people there were. Saw a lot of fish, a small shark, and some people se sting rays.

More for scuba diving than snorkeling - Was a decent trip, definitely felt like the planning is more for the scuba divers than snorkeling. The equipment they give you is all shared, handed it out and then collected in between locations so you got a different mouth piece that someone else recently used and not disinfected in-between... Definitely recommend bringing your own equipment. Guides were safe and the first location was good, we were in the water for a max time of 1 hr of the 5 hr tour (40 mins one location 20 mins the next).. did see lots of dolphins and sea life on th boat ride- but all in all we saw more fish and life off the coast than there.

Do not recommend for snorkelers. - We did not like this excursion at all. The company takes snorkelers and divers on the same boat. There were probably 50 people on the boat so everything moved slowly and it felt very long and dragged on. Once the snorkelers were in the water, the boat left for 45 minutes to go pick up the divers in their small groups. The waters were choppy and visibility was poor - although this is not the company's fault, this meant that the snorkelers were stranded in choppy water for 45 minutes with no ability to get back on the boat if they wanted to. This same process repeated itself for a second snorkel/dive, and as a result, many snorkelers chose to simply stay on the boat rather than again be stranded in the water longer than they wanted to be. I am sure it was fine for the divers, but I would not recommend this trip at all if you are snorkeling. Choose a company that separates snorkelers and divers.

Not worth the price for snorkeling. - This tour definitely feels like a cattle call and is extremely basic for snorkelers. We arrived to the dive center at 7:30am only to sit there for an hour and wait for all the divers to get their wet suits fitted, get our fins and sign waivers. To cut time, snorkelers could meet at the beach and waivers could be done digitally prior along with fins being distributed on the boat. After we got our fins, we then had to drive to the meeting point by the water which was not clear on where the meeting point actually was, they just directed us to “follow the vans.” Once you’re on the boat you’re divided into divers and snorkelers. Our tour was very full with roughly 28 snorkelers and 25 divers. It was a very packed boat. The guides are mostly focusing on getting the divers setup. For our snorkeling group, the guides seemed very inexperienced and at one point we were in the water and the guide’s buoy was floating unattended for several minutes. They also were picking up the sea life…conch shells, sea urchin and starfish which I thought was extremely irresponsible and disrespectful to the ecosystem. Also, bring your own snacks…they literally had one platter of pineapple and bags of little cookies that were not appetizing. For the price you’d think they would be a little more thoughtful about this aspect considering you’re on the tour for several hours. The visibility of the water was decent but the second snorkeling spot was extremely choppy and wavey. If you’re a diver this is a great price point but for snorkeling not so much. No thrills or extra attention just a very basic tour.
