Some activities are not recommended during pregnancy, persons with heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension or claustrophobia.

- Minimum age: 5 years. Child price applies between 5 – 11 years old, but must show official ID. Only over 18 ´s with proof of driving license may drive the amphibious vehicles.
- Minimum age required for Hammock Splash activity: 6 years.
- At Zip-lines the minimum height required is 3.6 ft. The minimum weight required is 88 lbs. and a maximum of 300 lbs. The circumference capacity of the harness belt is 51 in and 27 in for the legs.
- Transportation included only from/to centrally located Hotels in Playa del Carmen City.

Amazing experience! From the airport pick up/drop off - Couldn't do it without Nexus! The company was amazing from the airport pick up to the drop off! We did Chichen Itza and Xplore. Everything was planned well and in a very organized manner! Special thanks to our rep. Karelys, she went above and beyond to answer all of our questions/concerns!

Amazing Xplor experience - It was absolutely amazing! We were staying at Riu Latino and Luis was wonderful. Showed us many great options and we ended up deciding on Xplor and it was SO FUN! Many thanks to Luis for the recommendation and everything he did to help us prepare!

Excellent tour information - I got trip information from Sergio Da Silva and I was fabulously impressed with Sergio’s service. Sergio was well informed with the trips offered in Cancun. He patiently went over all the options with me and catered to all my needs. He was so friendly and professional and well versed at his job. I had an amazing time in Cancun bec Sergio set me up with such fun excursions. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SERGIO FOR ALL YOUR VACATION TOUR NEEDS!!!!

I recommend the Enterprise - Very good attention from Eduardo! He advised us with all the details. We made an excursion to Cozumel and Chichen Itza. We came as a family and had a great time!

Super cool! - We chose to spend a holiday in Grand Palladium and use the Nexus transport to get from the airport to the hotel, it was very easy to find them and upon arrival we had a guide at the hotel as well, Karelys in her welcome meeting gave us excellent tips and recommendations, we decided to take the Xplor excursion and it was a unique adventure, the park has different activities, there were not so many people and you could enjoy several times the attractions, the food and the attention were also excellent, we want to say thanks to the staff of Palladium, Xplor, Nexus and especially to Karelys.🤩 We will recommend each of the aspects of the trip to our friends and family 👏🏻

A fun and fruitful trip! - The Xplor park is well designed, everything is grouped together. Almost no queue in each activity. Very fun that I got to try each activity. Highly recommend to go when you visit Cancun!
What a plus is the helpful travel representative whose name is Julio Reyes. He provided us with all the recommendations on what to visit in Cancun. This really brought our travel experience in Cancun to the next level 👍

Book with Armando!!! - I had an excellent time at Xplor park!!! I want to give a big shout out to Armando Prado with Nexus Tours who made this trip even better!!! He even gave me a 20% discount for a package deal with Chicen Itzá as well!!! I’d highly recommend him whenever you guys plan an excursion!!!

Brilliant !! - Brilliant activity for us to do, we did the night time version and it was so good.

Good food and good slide - Great slide and good food. Main attraction is slide, prioritise it, it’s amazing, gets the heart going. Then buggy is also good but they will warn you off speeding, rest of the activities are average. Bring water shoes, rocky/pebbled paths, also bring a waterproof case for the phone ($90+ for photos). It’s overpriced but it was still fun, try tamarindo (its a drink).
