Long day but worth it! - Was a long trip and tulum was crowded and rushed (i really think they should skip it), BUT coba, lunch and the cenote were AMAZING!!!! They should also skip Playa to shorten the day a bit. Ave was a wonderful guide and experiencing the Mayan and their culture is priceless!!

More Than Just a Tour — A Beautiful, Memorable Experience - This was an amazing tour—honestly, one of the best I’ve ever taken. From Tulum to Coba, the cenote, lunch, and Playa del Carmen, every stop was incredible. The views were beautiful, the history and traditions were fascinating, the food was great, and the people were so kind. I didn’t regret this trip at all, and it’s an adventure I’ll truly remember. What really made the experience special was the service. Ave was outstanding. Even though I was the only one who didn’t understand Spanish, he went out of his way to make sure I understood everything. I told him he didn’t have to, but he still took the time to explain things clearly and patiently. He handled everyone so well, made sure we were safe and comfortable, and you could really tell how knowledgeable he is—he explained everything in detail and left no crumbs. Jose was also wonderful. He’s a quiet guy but very kind and professional. He did his job so well, making sure everyone stayed hydrated, always offering drinks, and supporting Ave every step of the way. And a big thank you to our driver for keeping us safe and getting us smoothly from place to place throughout the day. Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful for the experience and the amazing team that made it unforgettable.

A wonderful trip to Tulum and Cenote - The trip was spectacular. Everything was enjoyable only exceeded by the hospitality of the tour guide and his assistant. I would be very happy to come back and/or recommend this tour to anyone who’s interested in visiting Mexican historic sites.

RIVIERA MAYA EXPERIENCE - We have had two amazing tours with 13 Baktun... First we went to Chichen with Jorge Contreras, Efrain and the operator... While the logistics of changing buses are somewhat delayed (time that could be used in the activities) I have to say, I am fully satisfied... Their human quality, their gift of people and their friendliness made the tour worth everything... A few months ago, I had a bad experience with 13 Baktun some time ago with a rather unpleasant and nefarious Guide called Carlos... He looked down on us for nationality and I can almost say that it traumatized us... It was so nefarious that we had to go to Profeco but as always, they did nothing... On the tour of Tulum, Coba, Cenote and Playa del Carmen, El Guia Ave and operator Raul were incredible in their explanation, operation and management... But this time, the service, the human quality, the quality of the food, it was amazing... I have a travel agency in Costa Rica and we will definitely continue traveling with this company (as long as it is not Carlos)... Otherwise, it is an excellent service and the truth is worth using your services.
