A really good day out - This is a really good well organised tour..with plenty of great things to see and do The minivan was clean and hotel pick up was on time...food at lunchtime was good Ok there were a few different languages and the Spanish speakers maybe could step in with more questions.....but no big deal Really enjoyed the day and would recommend this tour ..

Beautiful experience - Experience at the archaeological sites of Tulum and Cobá very beautiful and made even more special by the stories of Micky, who in Italian explained the story of his Mayan ancestors. Excellent buffet lunch and last stop at the regenerating cenote after a full day of travel.

Lots to see and experience in ONE trip - The guides were very nice. You get to experience a lot all in one trip. The downside to that is they aren't able talk as much about what you see. I did give a huge shout out to their response time when I had a question. My phone fell out of my bag of the van ride and I left it behind. I got a nearly immediate response on Whatsapp and they arranged to get it back to me the next morning!

Must-see hike between Tulum, Cobá and Cenote - Wonderful experience and super recommended! Very well organized and complete itinerary: Tulum, Playa Paraíso, Mayan village, Cobá and the cenote, all beautiful. Special thanks to the guide, of Mayan origin, who spoke Italian very well: prepared, engaging and authentic. Listening to explanations about Mayan history and traditions directly from those who are part of this culture made the hike even more interesting and special. Impeccable organization, time respected, convenient transportation and drinks included. A unique experience to really get to know the Riviera Maya!

What they don't tell you - I think its important to know what they don't tell you. Yes, the groups are small, because their vans only hold about 15 people, but, when they arrive with several other vans, its not really an advantage. Their vans are old and very uncomfortable, need serious repairs... we sat in the back of the van and it was a very painful ride with all the bumps. Its important to know because you are in these vans for several hours in the day, especially since you spend so much time picking up other guest from Playa thru Playcar and the resorts along the way. Secondly, they charged us $815 pesos "tax" fee for the parks. To enter the parks. How can the "tax" be more than the actual entrance fee?, combined the total entrance fees are about $745 pesos... I have been on dozens of Trip Advisor tour company tours all over the world and have had some really good guides. The good ones will give you information while you are on the road, history, culture, etc. The really good guides are passionate about their history and want to share it and engage with the group. These guides shared no information on the ride and very little information at the sites... and most people couldn't even hear what they were saying anyway. A good tour company will give you a headset or make sure everyone can hear. We learned more at Coba from the guy that pedaled the three wheel bike we were on than our guide and that wasn't much. Also, you only get to see a small portion of Tulum. They walk you thru quickly and then say "ok, you have 50 minutes to swim"... makes no sense, just to change into a suit and back to dry clothes with the walk to the bathroom (the only place to change) would have taken 20 minutes. It would have been better to see more of the site, that's what you go there for. The other sad part is the driver of the van has a sign posted that says he, basically, lives by the tips.. encouraging the guests to tip him. Tipping is customary on these tours, sure, not a problem, but, to say that the driver lives on the tips doesn't represent the tour company very well and that's sad.
