Asombroso! - I was not sure what to expect taking off on this adventure but what I experienced was absolutely amazing. The ruins where cool , I spent the afternoon 2 feet away from various sea turtles and the cinote was far more than I imagined it would be. Fredrico and Oscar the grouch where both amazing I highly recommend this tour.

Major experiences in about 7 hours - The Small Group to Tulum Ruins, Cenote Cave, and Sea Turtles Snorkeling guided tour was as described. Communication with the tour operator was done via Tripadvisor and more easily via Whatsapp. As an 11-person group with children meeting in Tulum we were picked up on time, plus two others for a total of 13, comfortably seated in an AC van. Rodrigo is an excellent driver. On an undeveloped and uneven dirt road he kept us reasonably comfortable while overtaking a slower van and we all quietly cheered. He also kept our stuff secure in the van while we were away so we could travel light. Eder was our guide in every way, keeping the tour focused and on schedule. He collected and collated the cash fees for the ruins and the turtles, managing the tickets to speed things up. We saw and were told about interesting parts of the ruins, had great photo opportunities. We headed into the jungle to one of the most beautiful cenotes and had an hour to swim/snorkel and take it in. We broke for lunch with good tasty options. Finally, we reached Akumal Beach and were handed off to two expert guides who took us out to sea and spotted several turtles for us. Chilled bottled water was supplied in a cooler before the ruins (no disposable bottles allowed inside), and available thereafter. Water activity gear are supplied, but bring beach towels and a change of dry clothes. It helped it was a weekday, and we did the ruins and cenote in the morning to avoid crowds. We had the cenote to ourselves. There were changing rooms available at the cenote and Akumal but I simply wore my swimwear to the ruins, with a rash guard since sunscreen is disallowed with the turtles. Couldn't be any better. I'm very satisfied!

Flawless Half-Day Tulum Tour: Ruins, Cenote Cave, Sea Turtles & Zero Stress - We had an excellent experience and would absolutely recommend it, especially for families. Communication: Raul contacted us on WhatsApp the day before with clear reminders about keeping the van dry and advance notice about required cash entry fees for the parks. Everything was transparent and well explained. Team: We met Rodrigo (driver) and Eder (guide) at a nearby hotel landmark at 9:00am. They were an outstanding team. Rodrigo stayed with the van at each stop so it worked like a secure locker for our belongings, kept us supplied with cold water, and made sure we stayed on schedule without rushing. Eder led the tours and was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely funny, keeping both adults and kids engaged. Itinerary: • Guided tour of the Tulum ruins via Jaguar Acceso Centro Park • Swim in a Cenotes cave • Included lunch (good!) • Snorkeling in Akumal to see sea turtles Why This Tour Works: We traveled with multiple families and kids ages 6–11 and felt well cared for the entire time. The pacing was excellent, the logistics were smooth, and we managed to experience a lot without feeling exhausted. Timing: We were back at our car before 4:00pm, having seen ruins, swam in a cenotes cave, enjoyed lunch, and snorkeled with sea turtles all in about six hours. If you want an easy way to experience Tulum and the surrounding area with kids, this tour is absolutely worth it.

Very good experience!! - We went today (5/3/26) with my son. Very good experience and very satisfied with the services. We enjoyed everything, but especially the visit to the cenote, which really exceeded our expectations. Excellent tour guide Mario Cantas and very sober and experienced driver Luis. Tulum ruins, Cenote swim, and Turtle Sanctuary tour - Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Felt taken care of the entire time. The ruins and Cenotes were amazing! The only time we felt rushed was when we were handed off to the guide at the turtle sanctuary. This is out of the tour guide's control of course. The restaurant they took us to in town was amazing. Overall great experience.

Good tour - Good tour in general. It is a little short compared to others, so I feel you could make more use of the time in Tulum for example
